Timely service. Facilities are fine. Services we’ll done.
Little disappointed in the car wash, which is free so maybe should not be disappointed but usually it is good. This time outside side view mirrors were so water spotted we had to get out and wipe them to make them useful. Passenger side window was still dirty (lots of road mess still showing. Otherwise service was fine.

Love the service at St.Augustine Hyundai.....Do not like my 2018 Tucson Hyundai!
I have leased cars from Hyundai of St. Augustine for many years. From Sales to Service Dept. the staff is friendly and recognizes me. My only problem is my recent lease of the 2018 Tucson. I can't wait to end my lease and go back
to leasing the Santa Fe. I understand that 2018 Tucson had a lot of problems with the transmission. In all the years of driving Hyundai vehicles, this is the first time that I have not felt comfortable in driving this 2018 Tucson.

Excellent service started with a phone call to the service department where a professional answered my questions, and scheduled a repair date.
When I arrived at the appointed time, I was met by a service technician who welcomed me and explained the procedure needed. Pointed me to the waiting lounge for fresh coffee and cookies. Warranty repair was made in under an hour, my car washed and vacuumed, and I was on my home. Thank you Roger & Mark!

The Best!!
Went in for a recall on my car. My service advisor, Daniel Torres told me that my battery was on the low side and I needed the 30,000 mile oil change. Would I be interested in having this taken care of. I have been going to Hyundai service since I bought my car. I’m a widow with absolutely no knowledge of how much maintenance I need. I depend on my guide book and my mileage to see that everything is up to par. Thanks to Daniel and the technician Mark Boswell my car is running like new. A nice car wash and I was on my way!! Thanks again!
