Certainly we tried to meet or exceed your expectations every visit. This time we found a very old recall which applied to your vehicle and for your safety we made sure that work was done this visit. When the appointment was scheduled, and because we had not seen your car previously, we weren't able to forsee this complication.
We did share the needed work with the driver who dropped off the car and we do certainly wish we had been able to meet your original promise time. We hope it helps that both of the previously missed recalls for your car are now done and in the future we will have your vehicle info on file to check for recalls before you visit.
