Service takes to long
The appointment two weeks to schedule for an oil change as I requested first appointment in the morning. After 1.5 hours I checked in and was told "someone didn't show up". I understand that things happen, however I expect to be told so I can make the decision to wait or reschedule.

Generally and oil and filter change with a multipoint inspection plus a car wash should take an hour to an hour and a half depending on the time of day.  Without a wash we are generally under 1 hour.  We're sorrynthismvisit took longer than normal and we will make arrangements to get you a new sticker.

We will make a note on your file that we owe you a speedier visit next time and we look forward to the chance to make this up to you.

Service Advisor Ricardo Garcia was top notch. He kept us informed on the progress of our repairs since we had to leave it for several days, also since we only have one car he gave us a courtesy car to use. Excellent, plan on getting a new car from you soon.

Saturdays do tend to be busy and it would be the day we would be least likely to recommend walking in without an appointment.

Still, we will always do our best, but we will give priority to vehicles with an existing appointment. 

I am glad we were able to get your vehicle done on a Saturday without an appointment, but if Saturdays will be the best day for you please call us or let us or schedule online ahead of time so we can better serve you.
