Keith gave great customer service he told me things about my car he told me what needs to be done and what can wait he was very friendly very good customer service it was awesome
We had an excellent service on my wife Terri's 2007 Hyundai Accent last Thursday, Agust 12. Keith was informative and stuck to our request for that day's service and listened to our request to let us know what we should do in the months and years ahead to keep this car running. We couldn't be happier with his attention to detail and his courtesy in letting us know just as soon as we could pick the car up...which beat the estimate of how long that day's work would take! A great young man!

In the beginning of 2021 my husband and I weren't only dealing with moving clear across the country, but my Veloster started to have unexpected trouble! Larson and Keith Fernando got my vehicle in the shop as soon as possible, ordered parts, and had my car with a brand new engine back to me in no time! While I waited, due to Covid slowing down the process, they set me up with a rental free of charge for all the inconveniences they couldn't control! I was even allowed to wait on some repairs to be finished until I had the money to complete them! Being from a small down in Pennsylvania, it means so much to find a business that treats their costumers like human beings rather than just another pay check. My husband and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and services!
The team is always helpful when I come in. I don’t take my vehicle anywhere else for services. They are always ready to answer questions and help me understand what is needed for my Palisade.

We had some transmission issues and Keith, in service was able to get our car in and looked at the same day when other dealerships said it would be weeks. He was able to get us set up in a rental car and kept us informed anytime there was an update on the status of our repair. The rest of the staff we dealt with were also pleasant to interact with and very ready to help. You can definitely count on Keith and team here at Larson to take care of any service needs!
