My positive expectations about Hyundai Corporation have been renewed.
The maintenance manager, Carlos, has been very helpful working on resolving the 3 issues with my car. Although the parts needed are not in yet, I have a future appointment to have the repairs completed. Carlos has communicated with me several times since my first service visit and assured me that everything will be corrected on my next visit. I have renewed confidence in Hyundai Corporation and with the service department, especially Carlos. I really love my car and look forward to when it is back at 100% performance thanks to Carlos!

Poor
I'm concerned that when the new tire was put on they failed to balance the tires as I am now getting much lower MPG than previously. Also, other issues with my vehicle performance were not resolved. I am the original owner and my vehicle had only 8,400 miles at the time of service. I should not have the performance issues I have reported to Hyundai. I was told there were either no current repairs for the problem or don’t worry about it as the car will continue to run for thousands of miles. Totally unacceptable! Hyundai should provide better maintenance/repairs to their buyers!

As we spoke about, the parts for your steering column will be in the shop on November 14, 2021. Your appointment is set for Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 10:00am. I'd like to thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey regarding your recent visit with us! I'm very happy to hear that the work we completed for you was done much quicker than expected! Your time is incredibly valuable, which is why we strive to complete all of our maintenance in a timely, efficient manner. 

I'd like to address the length of time that it took to secure an appointment. We have been increidibly backed up in the Service Department as of late, but are working every day to ensure that our customers have convenient appointment times available at the earliest possible moment. We appreciate your patience during this time, and would like to assure you that we will do our very best to find a convenient appointment that works with your schedule the next time that you come in. 

It is important that you receive an explanation of the work done on your vehicle every time you come in. I apologize that you did not receive an adequate explanation while you were here. For your reference, we did the following during your most recent visit:

- Multi-Point Inspection: inspected the brakes and tires and found everything to be in proper order. Your front tires are at 45%, but are not at risk of needing replacement as of yet. We also inspected under the hood and examined the exterior and interior of the vehicle. We found everything to be in proper working and cosmetic order.
- Adjusted your Tire Pressure: at every service, we bring your tire pressure to factory specifications. Your 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport is factory specified at 34 psi.
- Resolved all recalls on your vehicle: We inspected your vehicle and found it to have a faulty fuse. After inspecting all other fuses in the vehicle, we removed and discarded the faulty fuse before installing a new, functioning fuse.

This explanation should have been given to you when we completed our service, and I deeply apologize that it did not occur. Please be assured that we will do better.

My first experience with our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson was just I expected. The service department staff was courteous, professional yet friendly. I was provided a ride home, Uber and the waiting area was clean, and refreshments available. When I picked up my vehicle the sidesteps that I ordered from the dealer were installed perfectly and my car was clean. Kudos to Team Hyundai.

A little bit of a misunderstanding when I purchased my certified pre-owned Ioniq (In regards to free service for 36000 or 3years ) but , Travis Kuhn more than made up for it by providing 2 FREE oil changes.

Waited three hours for oil change
I had a 12:00 pm appointment. I arrived at around 11 :40. I was told I only needed an oil change. And I would be out pretty quickly. No one ever came to the waiting area to keep me updated. Finally I went to the service area and asked them what was taking so long. I had dropped my husband of. About a mile away he was calling me and he was verbally in happy. I had to hear his angry message. I asked the service people how much longer and I had to wait another 30 minutes after being told it would be 10 minutes. What makes it worse is my husband was waiting outside in 105 degree weather. All in all a bad day. But I must say that Trevor tried to help me out and offered my next two oil changes for free.
