I have always have issue with my Dual transmission 2016 Tucson ( for almost two years )not resolve yet, But still hoping and praying they’ll come out of a solution.
But on the other hand with Regular service Appointments- I’m Happy. Mr. Tino (Service rep) is highly qualified, professional,supportive and care about his customers.
My wife's car went dead engine blew call Hyundai told them about the problem what happened it had recall bring it in no questions asked fixed it I have a brand new Hyundai engine beautiful thank you so much
We would much rather return to PH Hyundai, however we leased our car from the Hyundai dealer in El Monte. They sold us a 3rd party maintenance contract and now we are stuck going to them for service or having to pay again if we go to PH Hyundai. The service at El Monte Hyundai was horrible and we have no desire to return there, but we don't have much of a choice unless we want to forfeit the money we have paid up front. It's not a good situation and we wish something could be done to get the 3rd party to allow us to use PH Hyundai instead.
I went to get my car checked there were very fast to attend you even though the day that I went it was super busy but they were able to help me as fast as they could thanks to service advisor Tino Lozano.
I have been working with Tino Lozano at PuenteHills Hyundai for a while. I have tried other dealerships but was not satisfied with them because they do not listen to my concerns. Tino has a positive attitude and the willingness to help. This is why I recommend him and this dealership.

The manager apologized for the incident described previously and has promised to restore some of the benefits that had been promised to me when I initially bought my vehicle.He also threw in a bonus for goodwill.I hope everything will be fine from now on although I have some doubts based on previous experience.I'm giving a qualified 5 star rating for now.

I'm always impressed with Puente Hills Hyundai staff. They are courteous, helpful, and professional. I especially like receiving discount service coupons in the mail which keep my maintenance cost to a minimum.
