2002 king ranch

Bought the 2002 because I loved my 2001 and also bought a 2013 another great truck, ford trucks have always been tough and dependable 325,000 miles on the 2001 and I only got rid of it because of the rusted frame

Most reliable, dependable

Easily the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have owned at least 22 cars and trucks, and the closest one came to my 2002 F150 was my 1st truck, a 1993 F150. This truck is way tougher than it looks. I have towed an 8200 lb fifth wheel trailer to go camping with it for over 14 yrs. It never failed to deliver!!

My Ford

My Ford has a lift kit on it, but my truck still looks great. This truck is very comfortable we had six adults and we took a road trip and we were just fine. Large windows for better visual and views.

this truck is holding up unbelievably well, very few problems, over 266000 miles only 1 major repair and 3 minor ones otherwise just oil changes, tires, windshield wipers keeps my pickup on the road. it has been well used hauling construction materials with no complaints.

The best vehicle I've ever had

At 65, I'e had lots of cars and trucks. This one has been a gem. 242,000 miles of reliablity. This sport model's seating is still as comfortable as it was the day I drove it off the lot. Still original engine and transmission. Still towing toys to river and desert.

The best vehicle I have owned, period

At 239,000 miles this vehicle has never left me stranded. In fact, after my 2004 G35 died a slow death, I am back to commuting 80 miles a day to work. Maintenance has been minimal and still running on original engine and transmission. Great air conditioning and more comfortable than my Lexus

tough

Admittedly, the 2002 f150 doesnt look "tough" but I have used this truck in ways that 3/4 and 1 ton truck owners cant, and sometimes dont, believe. Almost 200k miles and still runs smooth and STRONG!!! Overall the best vehicle Ive ever owned!

Great work truck

By the grace of God with 250k+ miles on my F150 I will be hauling the Southern Baptist Desaster Releif Trailer to Huston Next weekend. Whit proper serviceing I have had no problems with our F150.

F150 V8 Steel Body

Good Vehicle, has suicide back doors which are a problem in parking lots loading groceries, otherwise has been very dependable.

Showroom Quality After 14 Years.

100,000 plus miles and 14 years. Except for the darn animals that sometime get in my way, I have had only two unscheduled service visits. That is in 14 years. The only problem with the service is that it will be a long time until I need to replace this machine. Sorry Sales Department, blame the Service Guys and Gals!

Reason Ford pickups are rated #1

Only have 14 years experience with this F-250 that I purchased from my friend Tom OWINGS at Grapevine Ford in 2002. When he sold me this truck he said it was probably going to be the last one he would sell me, and it was because he passed away a couple of years ago. I have put 281,484 miles on this 7.3 Diesel engine with only regular normal maintenance repairs,tires,front end repairs,etc..I have just only replaced the brakes for the second time on July 22,2016. I expect that this truck will see another 250-300,000 miles with good maintenance management in the coming years.
