2005 Honda Pilot

I bought this SUV new in late 2004. It has nearly 170,000 miles of flawless performance. This Pilot is dependable with a smooth ride. It is a great family vehicle. Radio and a/c fan have been the only problems. I highly recommend Hondas in general.

2005 Honda Pilot

We have owned it for 11 years and hands down the best car I have ever owned. The only problem that Honda has is that their cars are so dependable and reliable there is no reason to buy a new one; great problem to have!

2005 pilot

I have been driving since I was 18 I am now 80. My husband started driving at 14 and is 86. We both agree that our 2005 Pilot is the best car we have ever owned. After my husbands stroke we were able to convert the car to carry his power chair!, WE were happy that we could continue to use our Pilot.

Never let's me down

Very reliable and always gets the job done. Always plenty of room. Negative as I'm finding out with most older Hondas, the air conditioner will conk out eventually and sooner then most would like, and usually it will be the compressor that is not a cheep fix.

I love my car, and I try hard to keep up with current repairs.

I could not be more happier with the service that I received. I am bubbly pleased with the customer service received and if at any time I have a problem or don't understand the service done, they are more willing to explain your car repairs in plain English. I can call at anytime for little things and they try to fit me it there schedule.

2005 Honda Pilot

Rugged, well built, and long lasting. Provides lots of seating and cargo room when needed. Handles well on the highway, local streets and on the back roads. Carried a ton of stuff to colleges for my kids, packed up the back with batting bags, equipment bags and coolers while transporting myself, wife and 3 players to baseball tournaments, and carried some heavy furniture from the store to my home with no problems at all.

Love my pilot!!

Have had since 2005, other then basic maintenance, never had any problems. would purchase another anytime!! Always reliable.

Great for short trips up to 1.5 hour drive. Wonderfully reliable and mostly service free

Overall I have been pleased with this vehicle. I needed an SUV that my tall son would fit in during his teen years. It took us on many camping, hiking and road trips throughout WA and OR. Normal service was maintained through the dealership.

Years and years of reliable driving

Our Pilot is 10 years old and still delivers excellent driving capability, reliability, comfort and versatility. When we first considered buying a car, we were torn between a truck or an SUV. We've carried lumber, furniture, musical equipment, and even a 6 ft Christmas inside the car with the door closed. We have also traveled with 7 adults, a large dog crate and luggage comfortably and safely. The Variable All Wheel option has gotten us through dangerous road conditions and the gas mileage is not as bad as other 6 cylinder AWD automobiles. We love it and hope it lasts 5 more years.

2005 Honda Pilot

I'll let my car speak for itself. Bought 10 1/2 yrs ago. 92,000 miles original brakes replaced at 90,000 miles timing belt replaced at 90,000 (original belt did not fail) new tie rods at 92,000.miles Everything else is original factory equipment!

Our first Honda

Aside from the years on this car, it has been very solid and reliable. It is small for an "SUV", but we didn't want/need full size. Very nice to drive, not too big; yet has 8 seats (very tight but good for kids without carseats). I like having options, and this car has it. Now we have something for all weather conditions that is bigger than a Subaru, but smaller than a truck. Not bad on gas. It's fine for the two of us, can seat a couple more adults nice. Or, we can pile grandkids in.

Safe and reliable.

Runs like a top and very safe. Had a fender bender and the only thing that happen to the pilot was some paint transfer. Other than that, I love the versatility of the third row of seats and the vast amount of internal space for cargo and my 6'5" frame. I will buy another one day when this one dies.
