drives well and service is good.

Couple of things can use improvement. Fuel mileage is deficient versus competitors. It is as advertised but should be nearer 25+ mpg and getting better soon in new models or be non-competitive. Blue tooth voice recognition poor...can't even use it, Drivers seat easily worn (creases and lumpy) and uncomfortable after only 20,000. No satisfaction from dealership on this.

More horse power @ higher maintenance cost

I brought the car in for $15 K service, and ended up with $800 price tag. The dealership explained that it was due to cleaning & replacing fuel injection-related system. It was rather incomprehensible that my Genesis needed change of fuel-infection system at only 15 K miles. They explained that it's because Hyundai builds the fuel-injector inside the engine so the engine would get more horse power. And with it also comes the tendency of easier carbon build-up on the fuel-injector. Now Hyundai may have achieved more horse power with the way they design the engine, but if it comes with more unexpected out-of-pocket maintenance cost to the owners, what good is the additional horse power?

Great car. Nice level of amenities. Ride stiffer than I would like. Frustrating issues with Bluelink service. Continue to work on resolution.

Very enjoyable vehicle to drive and ride in.

Only complaint is that the trunk space is limited vertically behind the back seat resulting in having to lay suitcase flat taking up more space required to store luggage.It needs to be about 6 inches deeper next to the back seat. Otherwise it is an outstanding vehicle to drive and ride in.

I have had three genesis vehicles. I’ve never had an issue with any of them. Other than general maintenance and tires these cars have been completely reliable. My only complaint is the resale value is low

Great car

Great amenities, both front and rear. Similar to my Mercedes E Class. Ride us a little stiff. Enjoy LWS and adaptive cruise contol. Large interior welcomes 4 large adults. Heat and vented seats are great. All else very good.

Love the car but have had a few glitches

I have had two radios replaced now and I just took the car in for a seat issue. Otherwise, the car is almost 4 years old (less than 19,000 miles) and runs great. I'm actually thinking about upgrading to a new G90.

Love it, but ...

Good car. Being retired, I don't drive much, but when I do, I am impressed by its ease of handling and ample power. I don't have the top of the line technology features, but I love what I have, especially the rear view camera. At my age, I can't do without it. My one major disappointment is that, for my 2014 model, the passenger seat lacks up-and-down control. (How could you do that to me Hyundai!!!???). Otherwise, I am very happy with its quality and performance.

2014 Genesis Almost the Perfect Car.

I had always admired the Genesis from when it was first introduced and hoped one day to be able to purchase one. I specifically selected the 2014 model, as I prefer the original body style, and this was the last year for this model. I love the way it looks and the way it performs, and my wife and I feel safe driving this car in Houston traffic.

Genisis by Hyundai beats the BMW and Mercedes-Benz

I have owned European cars for years and with time , these brands have diluted the quality of their vehicles. I finally leased a Genesis 2014 and my wife and I are just so pleased with the quality of the vehicle, the smooth ride, the pick-up when needed on the highway and the finishes on the inside. I don't miss any of the European models, this Genesis outperforms any of these brands. We are presently considering rolling into a new lease with the Genesis 2016.

The best car I've ever had.

I've had many cars during my lifetime of owning new vehicles including BMW 528i , Cadillac sedan Deville, Lincoln town cars! But the Genesis is been one of the best handling and performing cars that I have ever driven even better & faster than my 528i & my Audi A6

fantastic vehicle

I compared the Lexus, Audi, BMW,and Mercedes with the Genesis. Sure the Lexus and Mercedes rode and drove great but were they worth 20k plus. That's why I bought the Genesis. It has a great ride, incredible acceleration and great fuel economy plus a great warranty. I've driven it for 22k miles and have had no problems, we just wish that the level of service at the dealership was as high as Cadillac or Mercedes.

My Second Genesis

I like a classy look to my car and the 2104 Genesis fits the look. This is my second Genesis and I'm very happy with almost all aspects of the car. This one is a 6 cylinder and still has the power necessary to maneuver in traffic and to enter the highway safely.
