we are very pleased with the genesis...it is a solid heavy car...does beautifully in the snow...people comment on it all the time...what kind of car is that?!? we tell them genesis and they respond sharp! it is very comfortable and is very safe...we love it...

Beautiful and reliable vehicle

Vehicle is very conferable and very easy to drive, the style Ian beautiful inside and out love this car, it’s a definite buy for the price compared to other brands. It has the bells and whistles needed for long trips.

Very Good Car

i have been very pleased with my Genesis. I have had it now for 3 1/2 years with no significant issues at all. It is very quiet (a major reason I bought it), comfortable, easy to drive and plenty powerful. I like the appearance too. The biggest complaint I have is that the side mirrors pivot down when backing up (good) but don't return to EXACTLY the same place. Over a long time they get slightly out of position and must be reset manually. I expect the dealer would do something if I asked, but I haven't bothered so far. But really, that is not a big deal. It's an excellent car.

ex-Mercedes owner

I owned several new Mercedes Benz vehicles over the years. I was ready to upgrade to a new car and found myself at the local Hyundai dealership (Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford FL) getting my wife's vehicle serviced. While waiting, we walked around and took a look at the first Genesis 5.0 i had ever laid eyes on. It looked amazing. It didn't take much to talk me into a test drive - and it blew me away. It has all the bells and whistles (even more) than i would have expected from my Mercedes upgrade, and the performance was incredible. Even fully loaded, it was coming in almost $25K less than what i was expecting to pay for a new Mercedes...bonus! 2 hours later I'm driving home in my new Genesis.

Pretty Good car, Need Service and Mntce People to Create a good image Nice styling, should be different from Hyundia. The sales and service department should be like a top quality car and not the regular car dealerships

2015 Hyundai Genesis

I have always had Lincoln cars, the Towncar, two MKS Lincolns and a Chryler New Yorker. I like luxury cars. When I leased the Genesis I was not sure how I would like it but I feel it is in the same caliber as the Lincolns.

Awesome car for the money!

Fantastic vehicle, BMW 7 series quality at $20,000 less. Love that it gets mistaken for a Bentley! Engine is responsive, great ride, good fuel mileage on the highway. Sound system is awesome, great service at Terry Lee Genesis

2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0

Purchased this car new from Coconut Creek Hyundai in December of 2016. Love the V8 power, especially when I need to pass someone on the highway. Gas Mileage is what I would expect from a sporty V8. Love the exterior color.

Good car for the money- some initial warranty issues that should not have occured

My car is only 2 years old with 18500 miles on it. I had to replace a turn signal bulb, door molding and window switch cluster. Seems like a lot of items but this was the first model year too. Overall a great car for the money,

I have owned over 55 vehicles , have driven well over a million miles. I have enjoyed this vehicle the most . I have 65000 mile on it and still enjoy driving it everyday . I really appreciate the setup of the engine and transmission.

LOVE my vehicle!

I bought my first Hyundai, a 2015 Genesis, when they first hit the ground. I have loved that car from the first test drive. We have gone on many road trips and down many country roads and it never disappoints. Many people tell me what a sharp looking vehicle it is and I always share my positive experiences with them. You won’t want another vehicle - I promise!

My wife says, "I can't wait to make the payment each month!" I say, "Have Mercy!"

As her husband, I'm not in that same boat! Actually, Hyundai should give her the car as much as she promotes the Genesis! I have never met anyone who LOVES her car as does my wife! She keeps it practically spotless....even gets on to me when there is a smudge on the windshield. I mean, who does that??? Have Mercy!! Next to me, the children, and the dog....well, I think next to us.....but, actually realize I may have slipped way past the top spot when compared to the Genesis. I am a bit jealous that the Genesis has the top spot....even thought of smudging the windows on purpose! She loves the car, the ride, comfort, smell, get up and go, quality, design, radio, features..........wish I could get in there somewhere! Have Mercy!!!

Good Bad and Ugly of 2015 Genesis Ultimate

Most comfortable and equipped car I have ever driven. Smooth, quiet, and technology is outstanding. Issues--panoramic roof is a known issue with former and current Genesis vehicles. After warranty period ends, the customer is responsible for repairs which could be 2K-3K dollars. Driveshaft assembly was replaced under warranty which is another issue with this year model. Appears to be bad batch of propeller shafts. Great value but does have the panoramic issue which is a great annoyance and could be a substantial out of pocket expense down the road for the owner.

2015 Genesis

For the most part the 2015 Genesis is a fine vehicle. It is fun to drive and holds the road extremely well. It is well equipped. I think the new Genesis is being loaded with to much equipment in the basic model and is putting it out of reach for a lot of prior buyers.

My Genesis

This is my 3rd Genesis and I cannot get enough of them! Best car I have ever driven and I hope to drive them for the rest of my car leasing and buying years. This car has pretty much everything you could ask for in a vehicle. If I had to critique it, the comment section would be very small. This car Has Style, Class and most important reliability to know that when I get in the car, it is going to perform and get me to where I need to go. As a single woman who works late at night and often I am in some not so nice areas this is a MAJOR must for me.

Awesome Car for the Price

I leased my 2015 Genesis after test driving the other cars in it's class (i.e. BMW 5-series, Mercedes C Class, Acura, Lexus, etc.) and none of them could provide the number of standard accessories and options that the Genesis could for the reasonable price that the Genesis was. I've loved driving this car and look forward to upgrading to the new 2018 version when my lease expires soon. These are great cars and I really look forward.

I totally love this vehicle. All the bells and whistles plus 420hp V8! Very reliable and a good warranty. You will spend at least $10grand more on the German vehicles and an arm and leg on repair work. This car won’t let you down.

An Enjoyable Driving Experience!

The Genesis provides an awesome sports sedan experience! The power and handling are top-notch, as well as all the luxurious features inside and out. A very enjoyable driving experience! The only issue is that the Anti-Slip feature creates dead pedal if a tire slips when starting from a stop. Pedal recovery is slow, so you get stuck for a second or two and it can leave you in harms way. Programming of anti-slip feature needs improvement. One point deduction for this issue. I recommended the car to a friend and he noticed it on his test drive too.
