Love my Genesis

Awesome car!!! Looks, comfort, performance, style, interior styling, interior comfort, exterior styling, all the luxury bells and whistles a major plus. I take a lot of road trips since Covid and my friends always ask if I can drive. I think they like my car as much as I do.

One of my best vehicle choices

Purchased my Genesis as a program low mileage car and have been so glad I did ever since I drove it off the lot. Great vehicle for someone that is on the road a lot. The V-6 has plenty of poser to move it down the road and has very good MPG.

2016 Genesis

The 2016 Genesis is equivalent to the Genesis G80, and I am very happy with the ride, comfort and power of this car. I am also impressed with all of the features which are usually only found on much more expensive vehicles (like heated seats in front and rear, full glass sunroof, high-end stereo speakers, lane warning and other safety features, and so on). An important feature to me is how quiet the cabin is, even when driving at highway speeds. The only downside is that the Genesis only gets 15-17 miles per gallon when driving on local streets, but does does get anywhere from 21-27 miles per gallon during highway driving (some of which is due to the fact that it is a heavy car).

great value good car

our second Genesis , next year we will get another. compare to MB e class or BMW 5 at way less money. comfortable and stylish. we have always gotten the 3.8 if you want more hp get the 5.0. finish is not what it could be.

I have a 2016 genesis 3.8 htrac ultimate black on black, I love it, best car I ever owned, am looking forward into getting the g80 3.3 turbo htrac. Great car so for, no major complaint, just minor problems

Love the car but poor quality issues

I had previously purchased a 2009 Genesis and loved the car. So I purchased a 2016 model used with 17,000 miles and expected the same. Great styling, comfort and ride. But, at times I need to play with the shifter knob to get it to start. My door locks work sporadically, there is a rattle in the passenger door, the clear coat paint is fading and in several spots rusting. It’s a shame as the car otherwise is magnificent. Not sure I would purchase another due to quality issues.

This is one of the best cars I have every owned and would compare it to my wife’s 500 series BMW but only with a softer ride. Plenty of power and AWD is a great feature for living in New England. So may feature make this one of the best luxury cars on the market but with a more competitive price tag.

Excellent Vehicle

Since I drive approximately 600-700 miles weekly a comfortable and reliable car is very important to me. I do also own a Mercedes E class and love it but the Genesis is far more comfortable for driving and average 28-30 mpg highway mileage. I currently own an new Kona and this Genesis and daughter in law just bought a new Santa Fe. Great products.

My genesis

From day one when I test drove this car I just had to have it. My car has performed flawlessly for the past 4 years. I would love to upgrade to the G90, but I can’t myself to part with her. I guess I’ll just have to wait a bit longer

A wonderful car

The Hyundai Genesis is an outstanding luxurious and great travel car. We looked for a comfortable/luxurious travel car. We found it in the Hyundai Genesis. We had 2 Mercedes's before but we prefer the Genesis and may get when time comes a newer model of it.

Best car I ever owned.

This car is the most amazing car I have ever owned. It’s like a glove to me and it almost feels alive as if it wraps itself around me and knows everything I want to do as turning stopping going and comforting. GENESIS IS THE BEST. Wish I could experience the G90 MY DREAM CAR.

The USA warranty is worse than the Korean Warranty

I've had more than 4 Hyundai vehicles in my life in Korea and the US. I noticed that the warranty in the US doesn't kick in the most of time when It's supposed to.. like when my car leather seat started pealing and apart, I was told that It wouldn't be covered by warranty.. I'm 100% sure It would've covered in Korea

Hyundai Genesis g80

I purchased this vehicle one week ago. From the exterior contouring to the interior, it feels like a solid vehicle. The seats are firm and comfortable. The navigational system, blue tooth capabilities, different driving modes, panoramic sunroof, eighteen inch alloy wheels and AWD makes this car feel like affordable luxury. Many people aren't familiar with the Genesis brand. My family , friends and co-workers reply, "What is it!"...lol. Thus far, I am very pleased with my new car. It does not disappoint!

Best car I have ever owned.

This is the first car I have ever owned that has all options because I never thought those extra options aren't necessary. Now that I have this car I don't think I could own another car without all the options. I use nearly every option I purchased in my Genesis. May overall favorite is the smart cruise. This is an amazing car.

Fun first car

My Genesis has been a fun car to drive. I did have one issue with the drive shaft which was replaced under warranty. Other than that everything has been great. I get so many compliments on it. The one thing I wish was different was that the warranty did not change upon going to a second owner.

I fell in love with the Genesis years back at the New York auto show. Knew that was my car I leased it and love the performance and ride that I bought it outright. The detail to the car is superb beautiful inside out.

2 major drivetrain dreakdowns

This vehicle was purchased as a certified per owned car. Thank goodness. Also thak goodness for the drivetrain warranty. Less than a year after purchase, drivetrain repair required. After a very long diagnosis process which identified the issue, it took a week to have a rep stop by the dealership to authorize the repair. Then it was another few days for the part to arrive. It took less than a year from that date for a second unrelated drivetrain repair to show up. Same delay in diagnosis and authorization and repair. When the 2016 Genisis is running, I do love the car. Smooth, quite, comfortable and enoght power for me.

I HAVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH THE GENESIS BRAND SINCE I FIRST NOTICED THEM. I PLAN TO UPGRADE TO THE G90 NEXT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU COULD USE BETTER LOOKING RIMS OR HUBCAPS TO COMPLIMENT THE CAR BETTER.

Love my Genesis

We have owned our Genesis for over 4 years now and absolutely love it. We opted for all the bells and whistles and this car was still a great value in comparison to its competitors. All the tech functions very well and the vehicle offers a luxurious ride, handles very well on the road and is very roomy and comfortable not to mention the beautiful exterior. We highly recommend this vehicle.
