No complaints about vehicle and everything is under warranty. And for a woman, driving Bing is very important. Because you just have to bring it to the dealer and they fix it. And you don't have to worry about nothing.

Pros and Cons

Bought a new 2023 XRT Santa Fe-Pros- value for the money, nice interior, good size cargo area. Cons- Trans went out at 5K, handling leaves something to be desired, audio needs an upgrade. We have purchased 2 of these vehicles in 2023, overall they are decent for the money.

2023 Santa Fe Limited Review

Traded in my 2017 SF Limited. The 2.5L turbo with 8-speed is a tremndous improvement over the V6. Improved gas mileage. Much better throttle response and braking. Seats are more comfortable and I like that the steering column is now manually adjustable. Two complaints: Button gear shifting is annoying. Must look and feel for the buttons, taking eyes off of surroundings...less safe. Parking brake holds car in Drive until seatbelt is latched which is also anooying. Moving the vehicle around to attach a trailer or something requires the belt. The audible alarm was good enough. Large holes in grille make the radiator vulnerable to road debris, but no punctures yet. Love the panoramic roof. Pleased with it thus far.

Great buying experience

Great vehicle for the money with outstanding warranties for bumper to bumper and maintenance free service. Great selling point. Great panoramic sun roof. Great tech features except for lack of wireless Apple Car Play. You get more for your money compared to other SUV’s.

I love the vehicle! I owned a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and loved that car and regretted getting rid of that car. Expected to have an independent android device that can mirroring the phone and work as independent android device with own network connection or shared network connection. All lights expected to be led. Expected more power and USB outlets with latest charging standards support. Based on the year of manufacturing expected to have remote start and heated seats.

The new 2023 Santa Fe is fabulous and we are so happy we bought it. It is beautiful, sturdy, nimble and rugged and the features and functions are too numerous to list. It is the second new Santa Fe we have bought from the dealership and working with the salesman and business manager was wonderful.

Great vehicle at affordable price

It is a great family vehicle and comes loaded with a ton of safety features and standard amenities at a reasonable price. This truck shines on the highway with excellent ride and a quiet cabin. Interior and exterior fit and finish is impeccable. The turbo engine is very powerful and has plenty of power when merging onto the highway or passing in a hurry. There are some minor quirks, but I can easily live with them: Ride and the transmission is not as smooth on local roads, there is a mobility kit in lieu of a spare tire and I am not a fan of gear shifter buttons; I'd rather have a traditional gear shifter.

Thank you for learning more about our history, be sure to stop into any one of our stores and allow us the opportunity to serve you. everything underlined you failed, proof is i gave darryl bond the saleman the following information, kerry hyundai florence, has kerry discount over $1000 on about 15 santa fe's i asked to talk about a modest amount $500, i was told that the Financing Offer : $2,500 and 5.75% on select Hyundai models was their profit margin was told no, finally was told would allow $100, paperwork showing this to be true, day car delivered the $100 had disappeared, had to remind darryl bond and he said he would go back and take care of it, over a week i had to call and call no return call finally received about 8 - 10 days after car delivered. i also proved the $2500 is not profit margin based on kerry hyundai web page, would have been wonderful if don franklin would have folllowed the underline statement. would have bought from kerry if they were closer. wonder if any of this would be considered lying, deceitfulness and illegally business practice. hope you would follow up and let me know. i gave $22000 check down payment about 2 days later finance dept called and said they could not accept the check and i would have to provide a cashier check, i said had no more funds i then said bring my check back take the santa fe back and cancel the transaction, shortly thereafter called back and said they could take the check, who knows what to do and who does not know i thought a modest $500 would have been very fair, receiveing from the kerry dealership providing a minimum of $1000, appears i was very wrong. seems as if the $100 was to much, good thing i noticed. wish i could have called on you so i could have gotten a fair price like kerry hyundai. think what glowing reports i could have given if only they had not lied 2. phone calls not returned, example my insurance co. left request return calls, none about 5-7 left unanswered, finally got judy and elena to contact my insurance, up to 30 phone calls not returned. if you need more info, be happy to include another email, i intend to continue more to hyundai corp. please advise where i am very wrong. santa fe perfect car for me, i'm 83, thanks, i've gotten many cars over my life time this one is one of the best i am gene bailey 859-881-9320 enega@windstream.net

the car perfect for me, under conditions listed if i could have found dealer closer with same car i would not have used don franklin, their care of their customers appears to be not careing to much of how they treat them, all they need to do is listen to them.

It’s not excellent feedback

The vehicle is good but has some minor issues when bought like the seat belt warning which goes off and is scary. Also the backspace button sometimes does not work and I have to press it twice with some errors.
