Car is 5 years old. Guaranteed 10 years. Plan on keeping the 10 years. Runs no different than when we took it off of the lot when we bought it !!!!!

My Favorite Car - So Far

I purchased a new 2012 Sonata in 2011 and have about 72,000 miles on the odometer. I just love driving this car. It is a very special blue color that looks a bit purple in the light. I've received many compliments from strangers when parking the car - even one from a driver in the next lane while waiting for the light to change. To date, the only work I've had done, other than regular maintenance, is a front end brake job and new tires. The tires that came on the car were only good for about 30,000. I'm shopping for a new car right now and have looked at the Hyundai Ionic and Sonata Hybrid. The Ionic has a hatch-back and back seat is too small for my grandkids' car seats, so will be shopping for the Hybrid. I just wish it came in more colors. Other than red and blue (a different blue from the 2012), it comes only in colors that I've had before - white, black, beige, etc. I also love going to the shop in White Bear Lake for service. It's clean, free snacks, wi-fi, tv, kids' play area and clean restrooms. I've always had timely service.

The only thing we ever had trouble with was the radio and I don't know why. But they replaced it twice.

You would have to pry this car out of my dead hands.

I did.

Car tires were very noisy until I bought new tires out of pocket even though I had the extended warranty and the 5 yr tires and rims warranty. The other service manager and adviser wouldn't replace the tires or rims because it didn't cover cosmetics now they have to deal with it because I traded it in to Wallace.

Read the survey that I submitted.

I have been dealing with Wallace Hyundai and bought 3 cars from you and have serviced all cars with this service dept. Chris is an exceptional service manager and Tony is by far extremely better than All the previous service adviser. Every problem I had before they came in was settled after they arrived except for lost key which by time they arrived the 2012 was out of warranty. Don't let them ever leave. I recently bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport from Scott Livingston who I have known for years and he gets all the business of friends and ? family from Church and friends DON'T LET HIM EVER LEAVE HE IS OUT TO LOP PLEASE!!!!

Great car; Get consistently 37-38 mpg on HWY; 30-31 mpg in town driving. Has required little service except for regular wear and tear. Would purchase again.

85,000 miles and still great

I love the gas mileage of 30 miles per gallon. Highway 40mpg. After 85,000 miles it rides great .Storage works.fun to drive and great I just put a 8x10 rug in my car. Not looking forward to getting a new car due to mileage and not years. OMG 100,000 or 10 years. Years lose?

My sonata

I would not trade my car for anything. It has a strong engine and the comfort of a luxury vehicle. I have had this car for 3 years now and people still ask me about my car and say how beautiful it is.

My limousine!

I traded a Cadillac for it. I lived alone on a budget. I wanted seething to last for a long time. Although it blew an engine in December, Universal Hyundai provided everything I needed untilI got it back at no charge. I have the hybrid with lifetime warranty on hybrid battery. Less maintenance costs for the future. They replace it for free.
