Experience driving a Hyundai
It was the first sharp looking vehicle I saw within my price range to catch my eye In 2012. Afterwards , I saw many on the streets everywhere. I loved the power it has for a four cylinder engine and the 6 speed overdrive . I t is comfortable enough but I would make some improvements to the ride and the outside noise I hear driving down the roads and highways. There is no silence from the outer world. You hear everything basically. The shock absorbers need improvement . I rode in a Cadillac with a friend,s car and there was no bumping around and no noise whatsoever. I don't think improving theses issues in a Hyundai would bring the sticker price up to a 50,000 dollar Cadillac. But I would be willing to pay a little more for that kind of driving experience. I also do not like the push button feature being in conjunction to the brake peddle and I heard of a brake fuse that could burn out leaving you stranded on a highway because of a say 2:00 fuse??? Most drivers today if not all are concerned with safely getting to and from their destination without having the thought of their car not starting because the brake system won't allow them to start the vehicle. If you want to continue with this feature then I suggest a back up feature to start the car rather than totally disabling it.. My next vehicle may not be a Hyundai because of this and might even be more so of another vehicle manufacture . I also didn't know nor do I like the fact that most of the assembling is done over seas. There , as well , I will be selecting my next car very carefully and with very much patriotism.. However , my experience with Hyundai has been a pleasant one except for the constant recalls
which has me using my free time having to bring my auto in for service. This I have had to do about four times and twice this year alone.. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. Mr. Frank Richetti.
