I like the Sonata Alliance has a lot of great features inside and outside the overall the car seems to have more problems than it should thank God for the hundred thousand mile warranty because it's not I wouldn't be able to afford the shop prices to get the car fixed

buy in haste, repent at leisure

The only thing wrong my vehicle is that I bought it too hastily. I assumed it was the same type as I was trading in with a minimum of the same features. That was my fault. I should have taken more time. The car is missing two key features that I should have noticed, but didn't. It does not have leather seats and it does not have thermostat controlled air system. So I am not satisfied with the car, just stuck with it until I can find a good deal to trade it off for.

Honest car

while I love my sonata for the great room, I don't care for the fact our car has had to be taken in for maintance issues a few times already. We have barely had our car 7 months.

Sonata can be better

Nice looking car. Had to have it once i saw it Bought the display model in show room. Its been reliable however for price maybe i could of gotten a better deal buying a diffrent car. Car needs more power. Engine is too noisy. Passenger seat window does not have auto option.

2014 Sonata 2.0T

I am very disappointed with the transmission on this vehicle. On the highway, at 60 or 70mph, its great. Excellent acceleration to pull onto highways, smooth ride, etc. On surface streets in town, its terrible. Downshifting so hard, passengers are jerked forward in seats. Trying to go uphill requires nearly "flooring" it, and it certainly is not fuel-efficient. Disappointing, to say the least.

Perfect so far, however...

Although my car has performed perfectly, and I love driving it, I will never purchase another Hyundai due to the corporation's unacceptable solution for a potential manufacturing defect that may cause future problems.

To many recalls

Runs as expected at 50k miles. Just don't appreciate having to drive it 50 miles away to find a dealer that can take care of the 3rd recall within the past 3 years.

GOOD CAR IF IT IS NOT DEFECTIVE FROM HYUNDAI MOTORS AMERICA!

I purchased a 2014 brand new...Right off the showroom floor at Pohanka Hyundai. Two weeks later when I took the car to a nearby Car Wash, I noticed that water was leaking into the cabin of the car. I took the car back to Pohanka and they tried about 5-6 times including repairs, replacement of the glass and even the sunroof itself! It's been about 3 years now and I done everything possible to get either Hyundai or Pohanka to replace or buy the car back. I now have to spend money and take them to Small Claims Court and then later I guess I have to spend more money to hire an Attorney to sue both parties.......Plus there are now 5 Recalls associated with the Sonata's. And to boot, my driver side window seal is faulty and they have replaced it twice and it's failed again! Please to buy or take your car to Pohanka Hyundai........king of the Beltway my Butt!.....Their the Joke of the Beltway!

Too many Recalls

I have to say that this particular vehicle has had too many recalls, especially on important safety issues. With the most important of all still to be completed, with Hyundai trying to find a proper workable solution.
