Love it, it's just too noisy

The engine sounds like it needs a major tune up, it's not quite at all. like my Elantra. I drive the highway a lot and the faster I drive the wind from the windows is so loud it drives me crazy. I like quite so I don't stream or listen to music as much as I use to, The dealership has been working with me... Thier now, like as I text this, going to check with the mechanic manager and get back to me.

Second Hyundai

This is my second Hyundai purchase I received a great deal in 2014 and another in 2018 I like Hyundai's they are great cars very reliable and the gas mileage is amazing I have not had any major problems with my car and the service is great

Shop more before buying

Doesn't come with Navigation and if you don't have a cellphone you will be stuck if you ever need directions or information on business and etc... I'm dissatified with the amount of gas this vehicle burns...

2018 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T

We have owned this car for 8 months now. My Wife loves it. She had a 2009 Sonata before this one and she loved that car as well. This one has all of the bells and whistles. I was a little hesitant to go with a 4 cylinder, but this car with the Turbo really gets up and goes! And the mileage isn't to bad either. I drove from Sacramento to Manteca and averaged over 36 mpg. I think its a very stylish looking vehicle. We've had lots of complements for the neighborhood. If this car runs trouble free like our last 2009 did, we'll definitely look to purchase another one.

Sonata SE

Overall vehicle is nice to drive . The rear lights are too narrow and suppress the robust outlook from rear. Parking assist if made standard will be of great attraction for potential customers. As far as reliability is concern , these vehicles are comparable to Japanese cars.

I love my car. The way it looks and drives. I would change the location of certain things.for example the design of the truck is not necessarily functional. It does have a lot of high te h components. Love the blue link . Although at times is a bit slow. But overall I love my hyundai

LOVE MY SONATA

LOVE my new sonata easy to drive . Sleek body style, big and bold grille, ease of trunk opening and closing, big open space to put grocery etc. in trunk. Love the control panel radio, air conditons, heated seats etc.

Beautiful car!

Far by the best car I've owned. Great gas mileage and love the whole car! Very roomy and offers many features. Would highly recommend this car to anyone. I will most definitely be back to the dealer.

Great car, great styling

I bought this 2018 Sonata with all of the safety features, including the autonomous breaking system. Everything works great except the headlights have shading above them making it difficult to see beyond 20 feet. Also the voice recognition is far too slow. Lastly, the rear window defogger takes too long to defrost the rear window.

Better than expected

I was looking for a car with a higher performance level than the standard midsize family Sedan. The sonata sport Turbo delivers on this account. It accelerates briskly, corners flat and returns respectable gas mileage. It's ride is bit too firm and it's a little noisy.

My Cool Sonata

I was a little skeptical at first to buy this car, but I’m glad I did. Once I started driving, I realize that Hyundai has come along way. I am super satisfied and glad I brought my Sonata. I am a previous Hyundai owner, and my next purchase after that car was not this brand. I decided to return after taking a test drive, and realized all of the improvements interior and exterior. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase, with my next purchase upgrading to the Genesis.

Outstanding vehicle marred by terrible tire noise

My previous car was a 2015 Genesis. I am pleased to see many of the Genesis features have trickled down to my new 2018 Sonata Limited. Overall the car's quality and finish are excellent. There are two annoying aspects about the car. First is excessive tire/road noise. Second is a hold over from the Genesis Nav system. I rarely use the Nav screens but the system insists on displaying a local map after starting the car. The system should display the last used screen for convenience of the driver and not insist on displaying a pretty useless map.

Better than ever.

This 2018 Sonata represents my fourth Sonata that I've either purchased or leased. I have never been dissatisfied with the vehicle. Knowing that this automobile will take me across town or across the country has been one of the reasons I keep coming back to it. Although it doesn't have the resale value of others, it it a trade off for getting a vehicle comparable to others in the same field at a more reasonable cost. More ban for the buck.

Great car for daily use

Nicely packaged overall. Decent power with lots of room for passengers. Nicely equipped with media and safety options. If looking for nice family sedan, this will do the job very nicely. Lots safety and convenience features come standard.

Love my vehicle runs great! The interior on seats are to light and stain very easy is my biggest thumbs done hate thrm

Vehicle is outstanding except my seats hate the color it’s awful and staining very very badly!!! I need something done please suggest. I bought this car quickly because I was rear ended and mine was totaled. I was told don’t worry about interior it was scotch guard protected but that isn’t working please send back feedback thank you

Problem

Love the car only problem is the loud noise/ whine on startup . Initially I told sales man and he had told me it was just because car was sitting at dealer and it doesn't always do it but now since I own the car it does it at every startup

2018 Sonata Limited Ultimate Package

nice safety features but terrible when you spend alot for the Ultimate package and get cheap 17" wheels and single exhaust when you pay for the top upgrade in a car you should get the best features in that car

Leasing my Sonata

Love the color and comfort. Has all the conveniences I want with a reasonable price. Gas mileage is wonderful. We get an average of 38-40 mpg on trips. Good in the snow. It has the feel of a sports car.

I moved up to this model from the 2015 with the exception of a few things from the previous model it is a great car. If I had to do it again I probably would not have made the purchase the 3015 model was really well built.
