Hyundai Sonata 2018 Sport Excellent Vehicle

I really loved it. I was my first vehicle purchased brand new at the dealer Lynnes Hyundai 401 Bloomfield AveBloomfield, NJ 07003. John Foster was the guy, who made the purchase very smooth. Purchase experience was awesome! He answered all of questions with patience. It was very nice purchase experience.

The Sonata is a great car

This is the fourth Sonata we have owned since 2004, all purchased new. We have been impressed by how solid it feels, the comfort and performance have always been tops. We feel the Sonata will always be our first option when shopping for a new car.

Excellent model year

The loaded 2018 Sonata Turbo Limited has all the features that you would look for in a vehicle for around $35,000. It has interior/exterior styling, plenty of chrome, beautiful paint color and finish. This is my fourth sonata and it is the best one so far!

My experience after a year

Our 2018 has been a good boy experience, drives good good gas mileage, looks good handles good. Wheels and tires set off the stylish design. Engine has good acceleration and we get 37-8 mpg on the open highway, avg between 28-32 mixed driving. We bought the Sonata sport model. Front seats are a little firm, but adjust well. We like it.

2018 Hyundai sonata se (black on black)

Decent vehicle for the money. This a is throw away car not ment for long term ownership, lease when possible. One of the best things isabel the warranty and so far I haven't laid nothing out of pocket for repair work or tow fees.

Interior of car a lot of room

Rear window does not defrost very well. Noise inside the car too loud. Radio does not come in clear all the time. Took my car boil change at dealer took much too long. When you send updates through the email for how the car is doing you don’t include recalls why?

Great Car for the Price

This is a great car for the price. I have the sport version and I still get over 35 MPG!! It's large enough to hold up to 5 passengers very comfortably and has more than ample enough trunk storage. I rent a lot of cars while working and when it came time to buy, I knew that I wanted a Sonata and it has lived up to my expectations 100 percent.

Outstanding car

I really like the Sonata. It is great on gas. Very comfortable on long distant travels. I love the exterior style. My only regret is getting black interior. It shows every hair, kids scuff marks and is hard to vacuum.

Great overall vehicle

We decided to purchase a hybrid vehicle but wanted something that looked nice as well. The Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid is that vehicle for us. It has excellent features such as heated/cooled seats to fit the weather, a nice spacious interior, and a beautiful panoramic roof. The styling on the dashboard is as functional as it is good looking. Lastly the mileage is fantastic, getting over 600 miles on a full tank of gas. Can’t beat that.

2018 Sonata

I previously leased a 2015 Sonata. I leased the 2018 because of the technology upgrade; Android Auto & larger screen. I was told by a salesman that the 2018 had better suspension and more insulation. I find this car to be noisier (road noise and draft from the driver window). I also feel the bumps more. It handles similar to my Kia Forte. This is a little disappointing.

Handles very well on the road.

I'm so pleased with the performance of my Hyundai sonata. This vehicle is extremely reliable and it handles very well. I was impressed with the gas mileage on the expressway and in the city. This is my 1st Hyundai I've ever owned. My next vehicle will be a Hyundai they are excellent cars. I'm always bragging to my friends about my beautiful 2018 Hyundai sonata. It's amazing, the power I get When I'm driving on the expressway especially when I put it on sports mode. I must say it's a fun car to drive!

Power seat controls failed at 9000 miles. Battery went dead in three month’s. I have heard of other owners having engine problems with less than 3000 miles on car.The electronic equipment on this car causes problems and so far I am not comfortable driving it.

I like the car, but I feel that the computer functions of the car are too complicated. It is not easy to read the Manual and understand what you have to do. I have been driving cars for over 60 years and feel that this cars electronics are not up to speed. It seems that I am always waiting for the next shoe to drop. I have never had a power seat control problem any other car before.I have never had a trunk light malfunction because of an electronic chip before. I am not the only owner who has problems. Some other person in my community with the same car had the engine harness go bad, not once, but twice and decided to get rid of the car with only 3000 miles on it.This car has serious problems.

Happy with purchase

I love the car but it should come with better quality tires. My first choice was the Santa Fe but it was a little higher than I wanted to spend. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.I only have 20k miles on the car so far so good but time will tell.

Why the Sonata is a great car..

Why Hyundai? I got my car at World Car North in San Antonio. This was after a comparison of vehicles on line via Consumer Reports. I looked at the Camry, Fusion, and even Chevy Traverse. However, the Hyundai Sonata was my choice based on price, luxury, feel, warranty, space, fuel economy, and the ease of purchase at the dealership. I have had my car 2 years now! Still love my purchase! I bought my son the Elantra, my niece has the Veloster, my sister - Sportage XL, my sister-in-law Genesis, my brother-in-law and in-laws the Vera Cruz- all happy!!!

Great car Hyundai Sonata

Car has nice ride, plenty of room . Love the look of it. Would recommend this car to people looking to by a new car. Hyundai is a car with better warrenty then most. Had a Hyundai in the pass thats why we stayed with this brand car.

Fantastic underrated vehicle with unfortunately terrible resale value. ?

Daily driving this car was a very nice experience. Plenty of power, no suspension issues ever, no problems with electronics of any sort. Only problem was a strange rattling sound coming from under the vehicle: audible with the windows down when accelerating moderately between ~15mph-~45mph+. Dealership said they couldn’t find gear a a sound coming from the transmission and said it would probably need to get worse before they could diagnose it. I first noticed the sound after I brought the car to the dealership for the ECM firmware update at around 20k mi. Other than this, the car met my expectations fine. I would buy another one.

I have Sonata SLE and it has all the good features a buyer will look into. Price is low compared to cars of same segment. Driving is very comfortable. Overall happy with the car after one year of use.

Far Best Bang For The Buck

Sports European styling, uniqueness, boldness, and comfort at a very reasonable price. Most optional safety features offered on comparably-priced vehicles is found as standard equipment on the Sonata Limited.

Turns heads

This is a super awesome vehicle, beauty, comfort and performance! People are always stopping to get a better look at it. The exterior paint is an eye catcher, black leather seats with a neon blue trim are absolutely beautiful.
