Love it.

Overall I love the car. Handles great. Good gas milage. Handles well in the winter. Very sleek looking. Wish it had Sirius/XM. Really wanted a rear wiper. Lol Love the Hyundai brand. Had good experiences with each one I owned.

Above average in this class of cars

AS I stated before we were involved in an accident ,the car was totaled and we walked away. Also a voice came on asking us if we were okay did we need medical treatment and could they call someone .My wife and I thought this was great it suprised us.

my 2019 SE does not have enough options and the center console is difficult to use. The drive seat does not have enough controls for adjustment for me. The display and the control of the display is crude and awkward; I cannot operate these controls while driving!

Great car for most needs.

It's a great car that is all-around decent. I do a lot of road trips in addition to day to day work travel. The milage is great in town and better than expected on the highway. Plenty of room for travel and great trunk space for the size of the car. A nicer sounding exhaust would be good but it's not a sporty N line model.

Good Quality Vehicle at a Decent Price

Good looks, reliable transportation with good mileage. Ride is ok. Acceleration and braking ok. Plenty of trunk space. Don’t like the noise level while driving nor the required cable to access the CarPlay system and lack of a satellite access for XM. Don’t like the headlight range, seems aimed too low when in dim.

I like the Sonata name.

The car performs satisfactorily. Fortunately, I live in SoCAL where the weather is good. I love the car color choices and the overall interior and exterior look. The dealership is also satisfactory. The location is convenient.

fun car for teens who just graduated

the car is great for younger adults reliable and very roomy for passengers.The price is reasonable for base model and already carries a lot especially apple play that is what i use every if i need to text someone while driving i can voice text back and forth.

HYUNDAI SONATA

This is the second Sonata I have owned and it is a great car. Love the heated seats, wheel and mirrors, which my first Sonata didn't have (Great for New England winters). Gets good gas mileage and is comfortable to drive. Plenty of space in the front and back seats even for tall people. Good size trunk too.

Love the car. Only problem are exterior and interior rubber and black parts discoloration. Mentioned to the dealer twice already but no response. Will do it again at next visit. Should be covered by warranty. Hope so.

2019 sonata

Overall the vehicle and the dealer service is better than my experience with two previous vehicles. One a g35 infinity and the other a g20 infinity. Would have liked an Elantra sized vehicle with the features of the sonatas.

Great car. Too many electrical glitches

I bought the car new in 2019, and I replaced a 2015 Sonata. I turned that car in because of headlights and brake lights burning out every few weeks. Unfortunately it wasn't long before the same issues started in my 2019 Sonata. Side marker lights, headlights, and brake lights have all been replaced, the headlights have been replaced 3x, the brake lights 3x as well, and the front side market lights 1x. The blower fan stops working at random and when it dies work makes noise and speeds up, shows down. No consistency. The auto trunk speed working as did the passenger door keyless entry button. On a good note the had mileage is great in the road. I can get over 650 miles out of a tank of gas while traveling. It's very comfortable and everything is in easily accessible.

Noice when driving

THis vehicle is very ggood overall. THere is still this noice like air or wind gushing into the ar when driving. It is just the overall aerodynamics around the car that is probable not quite resolved. Otheewise, the car is great on gas. I have had no repair issue other than the regular oil and filter change and tire rotation. I changed my cabin air filter with my last oil change. Love it.

Sonata is a good fit

This is my second Sonata. It's great for in town driving, and excellent for long trips. You can easily do 10 + hours and still be comfortable. Nice storage space. Hugs the road well, excellent driving feel. I like the acceleration and response when needed.

Very good car

Although most of my review I previously mentioned as a Dependable Vechicle is right on with the money, it has some work to be done with engine horspower,transmission (slip) and Radio station (Drifts) it would be a perfect car if focused on the issues it has,rather then thinking about what style should be next.

The Hyundai Sonata is an outstanding vehicle. In every area possible it outperforms theater vehicles in the segment. The Limited, Ultimate is a true luxury vehicle. It delivers a wonderful ride, not too soft and not too harsh. The controls are extremely intuitive and enhance the overall performance of the vehicle.
