Every part for this vehicle is expensive as hell. 2 tires costed 400.00 dollars.

Vehicle is top of the line, but repairs are too expensive especially the tires. 200 dollars for a tire. I do not have 200 characters to talk about on this vehicle. It doesn't take 200 to say what you should about that car.

Love this car

Test drive the car and you’ll see why I love it so much and why it deserves a 5 star. It drives extremely well. I’m in Cleveland and it’s nothing but bumps, but the sonata drives over them like it’s nothing

Awesome vehicle

This is the best vehicle with all the features you can imagine for a great price. I have owned 4 Sonatas and have been completely satisfied with all of them from the mileage I get to the service received. I won't open any other vehicle.

Hyundai Sonata 2020

Amazing vehicle to drive. So many safety features and smooth feel when driving make it so much fun to drive around wether it be far distances or a short drive around the block it’s an amazing vehicle. I highly recommend it to anyone that’s loosing for a reliable car.

Nice surprise compared to Sonatas years ago

Was in the market for a sporty sedan. Did ton of research online. Thought I'd give Sonatas a try again. Wasn't too impressed 12 years ago when we test drove one. From the interior to the exterior, the 2020 Sonatas hit every major wishlist point. We ended up purchasing the Sonata in Glowing Yellow. Super interesting color and screams sporty sedan. Trim level was exactly what I was looking for including space for the kids and ample trunk space. Owned a Toyota Sienna and wasn't interested in getting back into a mini van or suv. Pictures online don't do the Sonata justice. I like how the vehicle hands curves and it's fast for a 4 cylinder. I have the option of turning on sports mode, and most of the time I end up switching to this setting to zip around. I have not been disappointed so far. Kudos to the Hyundai engineers and designers for bringing out a sports sedan for mothers who don't want to drive in minivans or suvs.

great car. only complaint is having to connect phone to car for media and hands free. regularly forget phone when leaving car. also, no acc jack. looks great and turns a lot of heads. has all the safety features you could ask for. great value for the price

Quality and features

This is my first vehicle purchase of an automobile not one of the big three manufactures. I decided to look at quality and features as the primary reason for choosing. As I am in my 70's I was looking for more driving assist features at an affordable price as I am retired. I love the driver assist package with the front and rear sensors that warn of impending dangers especially when backing into hard to see areas. The drive is smooth and quite. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vechile.

Wonderful car

Owned a 2015 Sonata Limited. Bought a new 2020 Sonata Limited. I have never bought the same car twice, but the 2015 model was a reliable and nice car. The 2020 has far exceeded my expectations. Technology and features are amazing, especially for the price. Very peppy engine with excellent acceleration. Drives and handles well. Safety features are very sophisticated. Styling is sexy. Post-sale communications from dealer and Hyundai have been fantastic (there are lots of features to explore and their emails and videos are helpful.) Could not be happier.

high highs and low lows

2021 Blue Hybrid. great style, size and gas mileage. lots of road noise, engine, and wind noise. could be insulated better, may be on the hybrid version for better mileage. hesitation from start shifting electric to gas motors, seats/seating could be more comfortable. actually a much larger car than it seems.

Hyundai Motor Finance overpayment

I have - for the first time in my 80 years -leased a vehicle. I drove away from the dealership in the “Glowing Yellow” 2020 Sonata on September 3rd. While making my first monthly payment (a significantly lower amount than the Sonata I traded in, btw) on October 3rd. (My birthday!) I THOUGHT I set up auto pay. Apparently I did not; and as a result, duplicate payments of $162.77 were taken out of my checking account - the first on approximately 11/09, the second approximately a week later. I have spoken to customer service a number of times trying to resolve this issue. I was assured (nearly a month ago) that a refund check for that duplicate payment was forthcoming. When it didn’t arrive, I spoke with them again yesterday, December 9th. at 800-523-4030. My HMF account # is 2014648253. To my extreme disappointment, I was informed there was no record of my refund check being requested and that to RE-request it SHOULD get that check to me “...in approximately 15 business days”! That’s as good as “...wait till next year” now. Customer NON service at it’s worst. Robert Johnson, 423 Tranquille Oaks Dr. Ocoee FL 34761. 407-203-4872 PS - About the vehicle itself. I’m now just about at the 100 day mark and I get asked where I got the car, honestly,about every other day. It’s always the color people tell me they love first, then the overall appearance. Sonata

The vehicle exceeded my expectations. The lane guard is one of my favorite features as well as the auto hold. All features such as cruise control and radio control are very easy to use. The cloth seat style is attractive and better in the summer heat in Florida. The rear view mirror is rather dark and takes some getting use to. If there was a switch to change it from lighter to darker it might be a good feature. I had this feature on a previous car I leased (Lexus) and really liked it. My vocation was Engineering and I feel the car was very well designed and the features added were well selected. I am sure I will have many enjoyable miles driving it. Ami our salesperson was very good and actually sold us on the car (we did not walk in expecting to buy).

my wife and i have driven the hyundai line for over the past 20 years--all from the same dealership---motorworld in wilkes barre pa--at times we had 2 cars when we were both working---once in a while we enjoyed a Tuscon--or an Elantra---mostly Sonatas---rarely had any issues regarding service--renewal--updating to newer vehicles etc--all smooth with the dealership

Lousy vehicle

After 900 miles the piece of junk had electrical problems that was not fixed the first time. This is ridiculous that a brand new car would cause so much issues. I would never buy a Hyundai again! I have the lemon law layers involved
