Alright

A lot of issues so far for a fairly new car. The DPGS tire PSI issue is very dis pointing. Also the wheel shaking frequently goes away then comes back and sometimes nervous since it happened before I blew out a tire on I-25 and car didn’t register I had a flat.

It was great until it wasn't

I'll love her again if they can ever figure out how to fix her. She's a beautiful lady that doesn't get to showcase her beauty while she's sitting In the shop waiting for the engineers to figure out how to make her drive able again.

Buyers remorse

I was enjoying this car until I started running into issues. I could have just gotten a bad apple. Was loving this car until issues started happening. Just wish that company's cared about their product after they sold it.

Decent vehicle if you get the Hybrid Sonata with the solar roof

Great Gas Mileage if you drive it slow and steady tricking the car into electric mode as often as possible. NAV system is a nightmare. you have to manually update it. My 2015 Audi had over-the-air updates. Hard to maintain and the dealers seem not to like to sell Sedans, only SUVs.

Unsatisfied

May be the Hyundai has produced a good car but a people at the both dealerships are very unprofessional. Complaint issues range from problems with the electrical system, wheels and tires, and brakes that malfunction, to sunroofs that explode unexpectedly.

Quality is not like it use to be!

Poor quality and services are further apart! If I have concerns I have to wait till service and it was never like this. I’ve been buying cars for 30 years and the quality isn’t there anymore! I bought a MS Lincoln and received better warranty and service checks and I’m very happy! I’ll be trading in this car in Sept for a better deal as I’m unhappy with this purchase.

My children like driving my car when they visit. Gas mileage is good as opposed to their cars.

I like the safety features, also the quick pick up. I had the windows tinted for summer which helps a lot. Wish the radio was better. Miss my CD player. Miss a lock on glove box. Miss leather seats, but no cars available when I bought. Bought out of fear of driving my Equis till suspension went again.

Fun Drive / Poor Quality

The car is fun to drive and gets solid gas mileage. The main issues I have are with the transmission which has been recalled multiple times and with the massive amount of road noise that the car lets in.

Great car, terrible customer service support

The vehicle is great. You will not find any car currently out on the market that can match all the features that you get with the Sonata. However, you don't want your vehicle's check engine to turn on because otherwise, you will experience some of the worst customer service you can imagine. Regardless of your warranty, you will not be given a rental car until there is a diagnosis, and that may not happen until 10 to 20 days from the day you take your car to the dealership. Hyundai really needs to work on this.

Car is amazing ! Absolutely in love. The only down side is a very small leak in the inside of the car ! On the passengers side ! Right where the roof cloth meets the plastic by the windshield ! Not worried I know Hyundai will fix the issue quick !!!!

Almost Perfect

If the car had Wireless Carplay I would consider it the perfect car, the interior design is just fantastic and the comfort is 100%, the exterior design is almost perfect, I think the Competitor Kia K5 has a superior exterior design, despite having less features than Sonata.

Great tech for the money

Overall a great car with cool tech. There are a few minor irritations and aggravations where I feel like I downgraded from my previous vehicle (which was the Sonata's sister vehicle - the Optima). In the grand scheme, the irritations are minor.

A very nice car for the money

Overall very satisfied, seats and leather need improvements! Would like to see power folding mirrors added. I would also like to see the horsepower increased in the limited model! Put the N-Line motor in the limited!

Wonderful Vehicle Blue Link not good

This is my first Hyundai vehicle and my 12th new vehicle. I own now a Sonata Hybrid Limited. While the fuel consumption is nothing short of outstanding, the comfort is great overall I love the vehicle. One complaint is the map display the contrast on the back makes it very difficult to read and follow, I've tried all possible available options and none work to make it any clearer. My main gripe or complaint is with Blue Link and the Digital Key, it simply does not work as advertised. I've spent hours on the phone with the so-called Customer Service, who listen and submit a ticket to the background technicians saying I'll hear back inside 5 days, 5 weeks later nothing. So I'm left with a car that has features that don't work and a vehicle that starts making squeaking noise at speeds over 55mph. Not a happy Hyundai owner.

Driving Performance vs. Total Driving Experience

Good driving automobile. I think their focus was on the driving performance rather than the total driving experience. I expected more for the total driving experience which you can read in my cons. Driving performance is above average since I purchased the Turbo model but the total driving experience is mediocre at best. Hyundai should focus their future models on the total driving experience rather than solely the driving performance.
