Great team effort on Sat 4/10. There was less staff there for services, but the team did a great job of filling in for the gaps that wasn't there. I commend the 2 Check In & Out staff members (not sure his/her name) & Brad the mechanic who primarily takes care of all my work done on my vehicle. I hope management knows how awesome of a team you have working for you.

Every year I go back because of AC problems every year they can find no problem just add more Freon.
I suppose they will wait until it is out of warranty to explain why I need Freon every year and why the car smells so bad when the AC is on!

Not sure I understand what the title review is. If the title is St. Charles Hyundai then I think it is great because it shows the locations and company name.

Oil change
Went in for an oil change and brought to my attention that I was approaching 100,000 miles. I was told about and explained in detail what services are manufactured suggestions on what should be done. I went a head with one of them and will get the rest the next oil change. I liked the fact that they were explained and not forced or pressured in any way to get them done. They were fast and courteous. I also appreciated that they had face masks on, plexiglass barriers, and very aware of the situation of what we are dealing with.

More than expected
I have an older car, but in good condition, and I had a lot of maintenance work done. To my surprise, the mechanic that worked on my car fixed the radio/cd player without me even mentioning it. In the past, I had asked about it, but was told we don't work on the stereo system. It would skip in and out and between the radio and cd player. I think it may have had a loose connection that this mechanic found and fixed. It was a nice surprise to listen to the radio on my way home. Thank you.
