Service advisors and service technicians provide great service.
I want to thank Bob Reck (service advisor) and the service technicians for solving an ongoing problem with my TPMS light on. It took a couple of days, but now the light is off and has not come back at all. The problem is fixed. They are a 5 STAR service for sure!

I feel I had a better experience this time with my service. My last experience was frustrated. My car was called in for recall and because the service guy thought it was out of warranty he said my car couldn't be fix with satisfaction. Really. So I had to prove I had extended warranty in order to get better service this time around. So better customer service. Hopefully that will remain from now on.

Did Not Wash or Vacuum as requested
The service on my car was very good as usual; however, I asked for them to wash and vacuum my car and it was written down and that was not done. This is the second time this has happened so I was a little disappointed when I picked it up. Other than that, call was very good.

Brad in service dept was polite, very helpful, and followed up with service shop to make sure my issue was take care of in a timely manner. Both the mechanic and Brad were definitely on their J.O.B.!!! While my car was being serviced, I discussed the potential for a lease on a new Santa Fe for my wife.
