Excellent Service
The main reason I keep coming back to St Charles Hyundai service department is the excellent service. All the service staff have always been nothing but professional. The one service technician who stands out and should be the example for all service technicians is Brad Dean. Brad has taken care of all my maintenance and records for my 2011 Sonata which now has 240K miles and still going strong. Brad was also one of the main deciding factors when I decided to purchase a 2017 Sonata last year, which will also be having all service performed St Charles Hyundai.

Friendly service staff.
I get my car serviced here because the employees are friendly and I believe they are honest. I am never told I need additional repairs to my car. They usually say that everything checks out fine. I continue to buy Hyundai vehicles because I want to use this service department.

I always get above-average service.
Everyone is always professional and courteous. The only hiccup was when I had to come back to have my car inspection b/c the computer went down and they didn't take it to the other shop to perform the inspection, like they did the second time I took my car in.

Did a great job fixing my car when it overheated on the road
I had a radiator hose get a hole and I had to have the car towed to the dealership. They gave me a courtesy car to use for the day and were able to fix it that day. They also told me that work that Dobb's told me was needed to pass inspection was not needed and not to have it done.

Fast, accurate, friendly service on 2002 Hyundai Accent
Chris Johnson, my Service Advisor for many years, and the service team at St. Charles Hyundai, again produced fast, accurate, and friendly service when they performed a complete rear brake service on my 2002 Hyundai Accent. As always, I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Chris has always answered all of my questions and has always explained every detail of the work that had to be done - there never were any surprises. That is the reason that I have always had my 3 Hyundai's serviced at St Charles Hyundai since 2002 and plan to continue using their services.

first scheduled maintenance
I was a little confused at first about how to schedule my first scheduled maintenance online. I think my email confirmation was sent to my spam mail. Once I arrived, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. It took about 1 hour for oil change, air filter, tire rotation , and top off of fluids.
