Basic 64000 mile service performed accordingly. What I was not comfortable with is the sales approach on a service visit. Also parking is terrible and they don't let you know upfront what to do with your vehicle upon arrival. Also what you request online for service does not appear to be received at the dealership

Disappointed
I have always brought my car here for maintenance and repairs and I have always had excellent service. However this time I was disappointed...I brought it in for routine maintenance, I always get a " mini" detail that consists of vacuuming the front and back,cleaning windows,the dash board and wash and wax.When I picked the car up the first thing I noticed was the cover for the cabin filter was left on my front seat,crumbs on the console and doorjambs etc..
I felt they were in a rush and did not take time to do a good job.I did go back in and they did put the cover back on and re vacuum it. The excuse was "we have a lot of new employees "
I have never had a negative experience here,I always recommend them,so I really hope this isn't a future trend. Thank you

Great Experience
I had yet another great experience at the Empire Hyundai Service Department. They were willing to work with me to resolve the issue I had with a valve stem for my 2018 Hyundai Accent. They ordered a new one and were able to get it within one day. When I came in, they took me in right away and had the car completed very quickly. I will definitely go back there whenever I need service on either my 2016 Hyundai Elantra or 2018 Hyundai Accent.

Very satisfied with the service that we have received every time we have brought our Genesis in for service. Jeff White knows our vehicle and when we leave it in his hands we know it will be well taken care of. Dealership should offer loaner vehicle for repairs that take a day or two.

Remote start and recall
To start, I had an awesome experience scheduling my appointment. I originally scheduled my appointment on a day that I had a doctors appointment and they offered to drive me back and forth to the appointment while my car was being serviced. I rescheduled anyways but they still ended up giving me a ride back home and picking me up so I didnt have to hang out at the dealership half the day! They also went ahead and fixed the recall that was out on my car too instead of having me bring it back! The remote start itself works fantastic and I'm very impressed with the range (further than my coworkers)! Definitely happy with the service !
