I brought my car in for service recently for an oil change. There were a couple of other things that they found that needed to be replaced. They were great about getting those done while I was there so I wouldn't have to go back. They are a great service department.

As a widow, I can rely on them to let me know when my car needs maintenance.
I have not one complaint on the service. It was exceptional. I do have one complaint though. I thought i would have a heart attack when told how much I owed you. Originally I was only taking my car in to have 2 recall notices attended to (at no cost to me). I had some minor details attended to and was told that I owed over $425 for the work performed. Everyone that I complained to said I should find a reliable outside mechanic as I was being ripped off. If I have another visit like this one, I am seriously considering it.

Recent oil change
I really appreciated that at my 60k oil change/maintenance, I wasn’t left feeling pressured to go through all ($700+) worth of labor at once. It made me feel less like a check and more like an actual person!

Survey response.
Frank was excellent to work with. Very accommodating and excellent in communicating with us in regards to repairs and estimated time of work being completed. The bathrooms were in great need of a cleaning. I myself replaced the empty toilet paper dispenser. Fortunately there were spare rolls on top of the paper towel dispenser. A fresh coat of paint would be nice too! The customer lounge was lacking necessary items to make a complete cup of coffee while waiting. Perhaps assigning someone to tend to bathrooms and making sure lounge supplies are fully stocked would be beneficial.
