I had a flat tire, purchased the tire protection package. I called them to let them know I would be coming in as soon as I got my spare on. My tire was not repairable, at first the said it would take until Monday to get a new tire. I told them my hectic schedule and they were able to find me a tire and get it fixed same day! It was greatly appreciated and they were able to give my car an oil change while they had my car.
