Recall Error
Took my car in for a recall, when it was in for that, they messed something else up, spent a week in the dark about the status of my car and having to find rides to and from work and spent time picking up and dropping off my car just to find out it could’ve been avoided in the first place

14 years of great service
I bought my car in 2005. With very few exceptions all service has been performed at St Charles Hyundai, where it was purchased. They are always competent and courteous. They do not recommend work I do not need, and have never told me anything but the truth. I trust the service department, and appreciate the loaned vehicles when a repair can’t be completed same day.
