What is review title?
Probably because I have only one vehicle I needed arental which was an additional cost I brought my car in before 9:30 on Monday & it was Friday p m before I could pick it up a wee bit too long the associate was Bert Jow and he was fabulous

Puente Hill Hyundai service is the best!
The service staff at Puente Hill Hyundai is totally professional. I know my car is getting the service needed at exactly the right intervals in order to keep my car running at peak performance. I have had no complaints with any of the service done on my car. My car has never let me down and it is seven years old which is a testament to the quality of the car and the service I have received through out the years. I need not take my car elsewhere for I can trust Puente Hills Hyundai.

Mr Vargas was very courteous, He listened to our concerns about the car. The waiting room was clean and had snacks.
I always like to go back to Puente Hills Hyundai. They are always very helpful. The waiting room is clean and nice. The have tables and sofas which makes your waiting time comfortable.

Turning a negative into a positive.
i was initially dissatisfied with the availability of of loaner cars when getting service on my Equis. Had failed to secure one after three attempts by phone. When I showed up for a service appointment I made online and complained your service people did everything, in their power to help. The service rep, Mica, secured me a loaner, apologized profusely for the inconvenience, and assured me it would never happen again. The service was taken care of with Mica keeping me informed every step of the way. Despite the initial disappointment things turned out great. I will continue to have my car serviced there and will lease my next Hyundai at this dealership.

I am very upset.
I got regular maintenance on Friday. And my car has a warning light 'have to service'. So, I call your service department. But they told me 'Bring the car.' I don't have time enough, so asked them please take my car in my home. But they couldn't. After 1 week, you took my car. Someone bring the car and took my car for me.

And the car someone bring to me was too much smell. I couldn't drive for a while. Too much cigarette smell.

Please check the car for customer.
