Great Dealership
I had a problem with one of my speakers and the car was still under warranty. I asked if I could bring it in ASAP because it was driving me nuts. They got me in the next morning. The freaky young woman working the service department is always amazing, and extremely helpful. The few times that I have to bring my car in (lets face it, it's always a hassle) they make it really easy.

It's rare that you find a service group that provides consistent customer service regardless of which rep helps but it would appear that Hyundai Puente Hills trained their staff the right way and have instilled this in each and every one of their team members. Very reassuring.

Poor service, poor follow through, no accountability
Was hung up on by Larry in finance. Spoke to Kelly who minimized poor customer service experience. Called the owner several times and left voicemails with my concern but was never called back. Took 5 weeks to fix an exterior body issue within warranty due to the fact that the service department did not call back. When voiced concern I was told that things often fall through the cracks.

Service much better than part arrangement
Before this recall service, I had made two times website appointment regard the same recall, and I came on time but replied no part available. Therefore, I came total three times just for one recall service. Hyundai should know how many vehicles sold related to this recall and prepare part quantities. Also, if parts not ready, they should call customer who has appointment to cancel or reschedule instead of let customer come for nothing.

I had a great experience with the service department and would have given this place a 5 star but my experience with the car rental manager was horrible she was rude and condescending with us. We purchased the extra car insurance so that just in case anything happen (accident) we wouldn't have to pay a deductible well the manager try to back pedal on the agreement not only was she wrong and rude about it her apologize didn't even seem sincere.

I've been to a couple of other Hyundai dealerships in my area and none provide better service than this one. Their staffs really take the clients seriously, giving them professional attention, and I feel I'm being treated fairly there.

The service center made sure all my needs were met when my car started making noises. I did receive a little resistance when it came to a rental car as did a woman to my right, however I ended up receiving one. Also, my paperwork said a free car wash was included, but my car was not washed. Overall, I am happy with the service. Also, the gentleman who helped me made sure that everything was taken care of for me. I appreciate the service!
