Oil Change Service

I have been very pleased with the service I have gotten. This was my last free oil change that came with the purchase of my car a couple of years ago. I will say, I was a bit shocked when they informed me my tires needed to be rotated when I picked up my car this time. I had been under the impression that with the full oil change service I had been having done regularly that they HAD been rotating my tires. I was a bit frustrated to find out they had not been rotated since I had purchased my car. The location I used to take my previous vehicle this was a standard service in their full oil change package.

Very satisfactory headlight rehab.

Everyone was very pleasant & helpful. The work was completed on schedule, and I'm very pleased with the results. The only reason I answered "maybe" to "would I come to Rairdon next time the car needs service" is because I have a good mechanic who is reasonable and nearby and I've taken my car to him for many years.

I needed to have my timing belt replaced and I scheduled an appointment. The price was excellent, the service was done in a timely fashion, and the customer service was superior. When the rental company couldn’t supply an appropriate vehicle for me and my family they made sure that they supplied me with one so that I could continue my day uninterrupted.
