The place is small but handles the customers in an OK order. One problem they have is with the phones. First of all they have trouble answering the phones and when you leave a message they tend to not return the call. Frustrating indeed!

The people!
Will was my service agent over the 2 month saga to fix my keyless entry. Throughout the process Will kept me informed so I could maintain my daily responsibilities. I do think 2 months is not acceptable turn around time, however, Will kept me informed & worked with me to offset my rental car costs throughout the process. I rate Will a 5!

On one hand it was my usual expierence . Welcoming / car fixed / on time all of it. But I did discover that the dealership has been sold. Kine of scary. Hope some of the employees are going to be retained. They make the difference. Also the drive out to the airport --- shuttle service --- not sure what is happening.

Maybe Tony or the new owner can send out an email explaining some details and answer questions.

I brought my vehicle to the Tony Hyundai Honolulu to be serviced and repaired for some minor issues. They took care of all of my concerns and hand washed the vehicle before giving it back to me to take off the lot. Great service as well as follow-up!

Great Service!
I really like this location and the service I receive whenever I visit. However I have given an "Unlikely to revisit" since this site will soon close and my only Tony option will be to drive to Waipio.

They say they new option is to go to JN Hyundai but we'll have to see how god their service is in the future.

Very sad to see this location close!

Very disappointed!
Promised completion in 2.5 hours, actual completion 4 hours. I told them I had an appointment at noon, vehicle completed at 12:30 and I missed my appt. Service manager noted the battery was checked and OK, battery died the next day. That's a lot going wrong for $500.

Came in for service and a safety check. Thought it was going to take a few hours, but Will called me soon after. The service took only about an hour. Will was great to work with, easy to talk to. Hope they stay in the same location for a long time, since it is convenient for most people in town.
