Friendly Staff, Small Business Feel
William In the service area is spectacular. Soft spoken and knowledgeable. Support staff from cashier, shuttle driver to car washers...always efficient and nice. Wish the parking area was more spacious but that would make it big like Waipio and then you would get lost in the shuffle. This location makes it feel like your neighborhood Car repair stop and not a big revolving door dealership like it’s counterpart in Waipio. I might add for several reasons, I decided to switch to Honolulu and I am glad I did even though I live on the West side. Those that choose convenience and proximity don’t know what they are missing. Thanks for your consistency.

Wonderful warm and efficient service.
My service representative Will was extremely professional and courteous. He kept me informed at each step of the process of getting my car fixed. The shuttle driver Eddie was warm and personable and I appreciated the shuttle service very much.

Customer experience top of the line
William and Llyod are truly an asset to the company.
It is refreshing to work with them. I have been in customer service for a long time. I needed a safety check and had lost my current year's registration and was told it would be $50 dollars. Lloyd was like no way it's that much. He was right. Then William told me that during the inspection I needed new wiper blades. I remember just saying ok put them on without any concern. Those are two examples of trusting a customer service person at a dealership.I remember thinking wow that's the definition of customer service when you can just trust. Thanks William and Llyod your truly an asset. See you next time.

I have to be honest that I got off to a rough start with my Hyundai service back in 2016. I wasn't sure I was going to keep my Elantra for the long hall. Now, I can't imagine selling the car! The service team has really come through for me and they have gone above and beyond. I am very pleased with communication and readiness to do the work. My Elantra is essentially my gas-n-go car of my dreams. I bring it in for oil changes and they always wash my car. Last time I was in William worked really hard to get my trunk latch fixed same day. He was so pleasant and communicative.

I took my car in to have the rear drivers side tail light socket assembly replaced. I asked for them to check the air in my tires but I don't think they did because one tire's pressure was still less than the others. Otherwise, I was happy with the service.

Couldn't start my car. I used the 1 (800) towing service to tow my car directly to Honolulu Hyundai for repair. That same day, received a call that my car was repaired and good to go. Requested to pick up my car the next morning. Will told me "no problem." Awesome.
