Will the service guy was very helpful
The mainland office helped me a lot and they explained my warranty and what was covered. Also paid for my rental car but I was stuck on cash and couldn’t really get a rental car at first so a loaner would’ve been nice

Efficient service and each person I met seemed to value what they do.
Representative mentioned that he thought I didn't drive much, which meant he checked how long I've used the car and the mileage, this was an extra check by someone who serviced cars.

People were always friendly and although they've moved locations, the same people were there so this was important because it showed the people like what they do.
