Best Car I have ever owned

I bought this car used back in 2012 and it's been great ever since. I haven't had any major issues just regular maintenance and had to replace brakes and alternator which is all normal for a car it's age. I drove it from NY to Utah hauling a U-Haul behind it, it has over 176,000 miles on it and still runs great. I think it's gonna make it to 200,000 miles without a problem!

They've gotten smaller since 2005

Very solid vehicle. At 93000 mi it's had brakes replaced once and tires replaced once (and still plenty of meat on them. Newer Escapes are smaller....have "car tires"...our 2005 has "light truck " tires. Would definitely have to go to a different model on a replacement vehicle (which won't be any time soon)

Ford Escape

Love this car!!! My only wish is that it would get better gas mileage but for the age it gets good milage.

Ford Escape . . . another great product from Ford!!!

I drove my 2005 Ford Escape for 11 years and 241,000 miles. This vehicle was one of the best Ford vehicles I ever owned. Talk about getting your mileage out of a Ford!!! Now I have a 2015 Focus. Love this car, also. What a great ride. Worked at Ford, Chrysler and G.M. Hands down, I always wind up buying a Ford. The best company in the USA to buy a car. I only buy American cars and Ford is my favorite!!!

This car has met my e very need in a vehicle. I wish I could afford another one.

For as old as my car is, it still runs good and is in great shape. I love the way it handles and rides. The only thing I could say against this car is I wish it was more quiet, even with the windows rolled up it's still too loud.

Great SUV

Bought my Escape new in March of 2005. Drive it everyday. 154000 currently. One of the best vehicles I have ever owned.

great for my kid and wife

This car is perfect for me and my wife to have a great time with my son. Taking it all the way to California in January can't wait to get on the open road this car will do great!
