Not bad!!!!

Over all the truck is great, a little electrical issues ( radio presets sometimes skips over channels, back door lock stops working once in a while) very comfortable, roomy and lots of power( Ecoboost). Good looking and tuff!!!

Great ride

I love my truck that I purchased from Terrebonne Ford in Houma, LA but I will NEVER purchase from them again. When my AC needed work their service became a nightmare. Still doesn't work properly and they don't care.

Great truck, lousy gas mileage

my 2013 F150 Lariat is a great truck: dependable, durable, comfortable, excellent towing capacity. But the ecoBoost V6 gets lousy gas mielage.

Great Ride, all around great truck?

My King Ranch is a great looking truck as well as having all the bells and whistles. The only drawback is the built in garage door opener on the visor does not work on my garage doors. The company that did the software is no longer in business.

Classic Style, Runs Strong and Quiet

Very comfortable truck. The 5 l, eight cylinder is quiet, gets about 19 mpg on the highway. Truck gas some play in the back end when it starts. Mechanic tells me it’s “ axle wrap.” Common in some trucks but not a performance issue. It is a bit annoying.

Will need to go to 4th set of tires.

At 170k miles will need to change my 4th set of tires. Fuel and Water Pump biggest cost over 10 years. But as a work truck, great. 19.7mpg. At 55mph, go 65mph only getting 16.4 mph. So much for EcoBoost.

Ok

Noisy on highway. Radio bob sticks. Rear mirror fell off, had to replace break pads and disks.

Good Truck

Truck is nice looking and very comfortable. Only thing I don't like is since the warranty expired, things are breaking constantly and it is very expensive parts that are breaking. Makes me wonder about the quality of parts used.

Why don’t I get reasonable life from my Fords?

Poor powertrain reliability in every Ford I have owned. Now my 2013 F150 with 116K miles needed to have two cylinder heads replaced because of bad valves. This truck was dealer serviced from new and well taken care of. Very frustrating, not sure I’ll buy another Ford.

RUST!!!

Love my truck and depend on it daily. VERY disappointed by Ford’s lack of engineering to prevent corrosion. Trucks are way too expensive to have irreversible rust issues at six years old. This is why the imports gained market share in the 80’s

RUST!!!

Too much rust, too soon! Started showing when just 5 years old, warranty is worthless, mechanically I would keep it for many more years but not if it is a pile of rust. There is no good way to prevent rust or repair it permanently

Good Truck, lots of Maintenance

I enjoy my Ford, but as it has been getting closer to 100,000 miles it sure seems to be falling apart. Every step I take I feel like something else needs to be fixed. Comfy ride, but the cost is getting a bit overwhelming.

RUST!!!!

Too much, too soon! No excuse for outer body rust thru before a vehicle is ten years old! Road salt is widely used and should not be an escape for corrosion warranties. The domestic truck manufacturers didn’t learn in the 80’s and lost customers to imports for the same reason.

F-150 twin turbo

I love my Fords twin turbo, it’s awesome. Don’t like the rust on my running boards that Ford didn’t tell me about. 100,000 mile service very recommended. Don’t believe it was certified, before I purchased.

A little disappointed

Truck has 78K miles on it. 3.5L EcoBoost. Truck itself is great! Comfortable, roomy. stylish. Wish I would have gotten the 5.0L engine. The 3.5L has had multiple issues with the turbo, leaking valve cover gaskets, front timing cover leaks that blew out the A/C compressor. Just not real impressed with the durability of the EcoBoost.

A pain to own

Who wants a truck that has that many issues? Great size great comfort..but way too pricey to keep running. The misfire and cylinder head issue is enough for anyone to skip out on owing this truck. Too bad

2013 F150

You wouldn't think at 85,000 miles i would have a laundry list of things to fix. Thank you lord for the warranty or I would have been out 5000 dollars. I like driving the truck I just hope with all the recent repairs I'll get to keep driving it for a while before I have another laundry list to fix. I'll be looking elsewhere when I get my next truck.

F-150 4x4 SuperCrew Always Seems to Need Expensive Service Repairs

I bought a 2013 F-150 4x4 with a 6.2L engine and 23k miles in June of 22018. Luckily, I also bought an after market extended warranty. The vehicle now has 36k miles and over the last 22 months, I've had to replace front and rear calipers, rotor, and pad because they've all frozen, at different times. I've had to replace a front control arm. I've had to replace a cracked exhaust manifold. There is still some cooling system leak that two repair shops have tried to find and repair. The truck is driven on the street and highway, never been off-road. I bought it to put a plow on it and I only ploa one driveway, my driveway, which is 80 feet long and 3-cars wide. The truck's need for so much service is really disappointing. (not to mention that Ford took over 8-months to solution a transmission recall where they said it could donw shift from any gear into first at any time). I love the truck. The cab is huge. It rides great. Unfortunately, because of my experience with the high need for what I'd call unusual service, I avoided Ford and just bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 crew cab.
