Nice car
I chose the accent over the nissan versa and the mitsubishi mirage. I was looking for a vehicle with good gas mileage and to save miles on my nissan xterra. The mirage was the least expensive, but after researching professional and consumer reviews, I quickly eliminated that car from my choices. That left the accent and the versa. Both got high marks, and I was undecided. I went with the accent based on the better warranty, they had the color I wanted and it had a 6 gear manual transmission as opposed to 5 for the versa. I really like my xterra and was leaning toward the versa, but I am glad I went with the accent. The build quality is great for an inexpensive automobile. You can feel it as you drive it, the comfort is much better than I expected. certainly not the most comfortable, but surprising for the class. Takes bumps in the road much better than i thought, no jarring of the body. The controls are laid out strategically, easy to reach. The heat and a/c work great and the fan is very forceful as you turn it up. I also get 4-5 mpg's more than indicated by Hyundai. Feels very solid when driving and hoping it lasts many years to come. The only downside I did not like is there is no voice activation to make phone calls in my model so you either need to scroll through your contact list on the vehicles screen or manualy type in the number you want to call not very convenient or safe while driving. Still, I am very satisfied so far and believe I made the right choice.
