Good little vehicle fun to drive
Good little vehicle to have to get around in. Fun to drive. Has the potential to be modified into a race if you wanted to invest the money and time.Compact interior really amplifies the sound system. .

Pros
Sleek look. Sunroof and power mirrors are a nice touch

Cons
Not much head room if you are 6 foot tall like I am

Four out of Five because
I have a 1998 Hyundai Accent L. It's a great car and very reliable. Right now I have 220,000 miles on it. 4 out of 5 because I have never been able to find decent tires for this car. No one wants to manufacture 155/R13 tires.

Pros
I have 220000 miles on this car. It runs great. It is a mechanical car - manual transmission, manual windows, few things to go wrong or break.

Cons
Hard to find good tires for this car - no one wants to manufacture 155/R13 tires

My Accent Has 200K Miles On It
I have an Accent L - manual transmission. It now has 200K miles on it. I really like the car. It has never stalled on me even in snow storms. My car is a 1998 3 door hatch back wagon.

Pros
Reliable, very good on gas 40mpg, I like a manual transmission and it is a simple car - manual window operation etc. Not fancy but rugged which is what I want. My car currently has 200K on it. Needed a new clutch at 165K - not bad for a low end car.

Cons
Smallish, everything is manual, not fancy, plain interior.

98 Hyundai Accent
1998 Hyundai Accent - problem free. Needed a new clutch at 165Kmiles. Very good car. I recommend the manual transmission, I don't like computerized automatic transmissions. I find manual transmissions more reliable with better response.

Pros
reliable, never stalled on me once, even in heavy snow, heavy rain. never had any mechanical problems other than parts wearing out after 150,000 miles. Manual clutch is responsive and reliable. happy with this simple little car.

Cons
small, not luxurious, simple nuts and bolts car.
