The Bomb!

I love love love this car. Full size 8 cylinder sedan 4 door rear wheel drive. She's quick/powerful, comfortable, smooooth and sweet to look at! The 17 speaker lexicon system is unlike any other system. It's a concert in your car. This car is the Bomb!

Fantastic car!

Love this car's smooth ride and comfort. It is very roomy in the front/back areas. It accelerates very fast and it brakes on a dime. The trunk is huge and has a lot of room for luggage. The only draw back is that the rear seat doesn't fold down.

like my Gcar

I like driving the Genesis because of the overall feel/response and comfort. Also on the most recent road trip at interstate 70mph +/- average mpg was 28.7 and on longer trips have seen 29 to 31 range. love the looks and quality of the entire package.

Splendid car

My Genesis is 10 years old and has never been in the shop for any sort of malfunction, nor was the Sonata we had earlier. The only light that has ever gone on on my dashboard is for tire pressure when the weather changes. It was as reliable in New England winters as it is here in Southern Florida.

I have never owned a Genesis and even though I bought a used one, I was and still am impressed by the quality of the features and the incredible ride this vehicle has, I am looking to upgrade from my 2009 to a newer model in the near future.

I bought a 2009 (new) drove it for 102,000 miles and when i wanted a new car , i didn't look for anything other brand but another Genesis . Now i own 2 , and if Genesis every decides to build a SUV i most likely will own 3 Genesis . Great Car

Genesis An Excellent Buy!

I've owned my Genesis since 2008 & it has a little more than 36,000 care free miles on my car. The car drives the same as when I picked it up with 5 miles on the odometer like a dream. It just required regular maintenance: oil/filter changes and I just brought new tires last year and couple of other filters changes & that's all that's been required. Low maintenance great luxury transportation. I just get in push the button and off I go with no worries just confident I will get there and back with no problem.

Fantastic!

I purchased my 2009 Hyundai Genesis in April 2009 and to this date I have had no major problems and it still runs like new. To me it is still the "North American car of the year". It is by far the best automobile I've ever owned, and I have owned many vehicles in my time.

This has been my all time favorite car. Iv'e had several other brands of high end cars and this beats them all. Driving is a science for me. Love to drive long distances ay where any time.

It has been trouble free always there dependable drive. It's a dream highway drive, power when needed and rides evenly and smoothly, no rocking on curves. Winding roads are no issue for this car, it seems to coast with minimal effort to steer and stick. Love the action.

Nice handing and good power but very bumpy like a bumper cart

Super exciting to drive on express way without any pot holes or bumps. Nice handing and good power but very bumpy like a bumper cart. Interior is very nice, power is very good, very good acceleration. But ride is very hard/bumpy on roads with pot holes or bumps. Riders felt being thrown UP and down on bumpy roads as if the car does not have any shock absorber at all !!!

2009 Genesis

This car has been a great car and very dependable whether the trips are short or cross-country. The only disappointment I have is that the trunk lid lifting struts failed and are being replaced, and in my estimation, prematurely at 72,000 miles, compared to other vehicles I have owned which never needed replacement.

Great Car

A great car from the get go. Still high mileage on the road and as quit as the day I bought it. The only significant repair issues I have had is with the 02 sensors going out, otherwise no real problems. I still haven't had to replace the brakes or the battery.

Brought certified preowned. No complaints other than alignment is sensitive. Every few months I have dealer to check alignment because it appears off after driven over potholes in which I try to avoid .

Pros - Quality built, ride is smooth and quiet especially at high speeds, great amenities...Cons - Outside mirror on passenger side creates a blind spot at some intersections...no electronic plug ins for back seat passengers...

My Genesis

I Love my Genesis. I have not had any issues. Bought it used 2009, a very good year for this Genesis. Smooth ride, great luxury, great power. I would buy another in a heart beat. But I only have 62000. miles and it has a lot more to give. A satisfied customer.

Purchased my 2009 Genesis 3.8 in 2012 from elderly couple trading up for Lexus. I've got 107,000 miles on it and still drives and operates flawlessly. The cooling seat is the greatest car option ever!

PURCHASED OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR MY 2009 GENESIS 4.6 SEDAN AND IT WAS SATISFACTION EVERY MILE DOWN THE ROAD. IT NOW HAS 84000 MILES IN 10 YEARS AND THIS IS THE BEST CAR I'VE EVER OWNED. I PREVIOUSLY OWNED A BMW 750LI AND 6 MERCEDES BUT THATS BECAUSE GENESIS WASNT YET MANUFACTURED. THERE IS MORE COMFORT, LUXURY, PERFORMANCE AND RIDE THAN ANY OTHER CAR IN ITS CLASS. IM CONTEMPLATING BUYING ANOTHER CAR THIS YEAR AS IT WILL BE 10 YEARS IVE DRIVEN GENESIS AND SPOILED...IF ITS A CAR IT WILL DEFINITELY BE IN THE GENESIS CLASS JUST NOT SURE OF THE MODEL. mAYBE AN EQUIS A COUPLD YEARS OLD...HMMM BUT IT WILL SURELY BE A HYUNDAI

car actions

car motor action is OK. had problems with upholstery in the back seat and the rear view camera was replaced three times. Hyundai service workers were pleasant and they did supply new cameras for the car. upholstery was replaced on bottom seat once but nothing after that. Ride is smooth and I am basically happy with the automobile.

Best car I have ever had

Have had BMW, Mercedes, Dodge, Nissan ... The Hyundai Genesis is the BEST I have ever had. I have been VERY happy with my purchase. Even if my car is fairly old at this point, I STILL get compliments. In the early days, compliments were VERY abundant!
