Repairs

My car needed some repairs and the service repair team took care of my parts and fees for the repairs. They honor their customers and do all they can to make sure you leave as a satisfied customer. Thank you Team Members for a job well done! My car ride like a brand new car. I am please with everyone at the service department because they were sincere and very helpful from the first phone call. Car of comfort and reliability

We've had our Genesis for just over five years and have found it to be comfortable to drive, has a roomy interior for passengers, and has been dependable. We've been satisfied with the gas mileage, getting in the upper 20's with freeway driving.

A very enjoyable ride, with one exception

I've really enjoyed the nice touches that my Genesis is loaded with. The only/main complaint is with the refuelling system...Sometimes I can't even get more than 2 gallons in an empty tank before the fuel auto shuts off! The only work around I've found is I have to babysit the nozzle and even hold back the vapor recovery system to get the fuel to continue before auto shutoff. This also occurs at a variety of service stations!

Excellent automobile !!

The Hyundai Genesis is one of the best kept secrets in the automotive business. I've had two of them and both were two of the best cars I've ever owned. My 2009 was a V6 and was a great car. My 2012 is a 4.6 V8 and is excellent !! I usually trade every two years, but I like the 2012 Genesis so much that I will keep it much longer.

I love my Genesis. I drove Mercedes for approximately 25 years. I thought it was the only car for me. I got my Genesis Feb. 2016 preowned and I thought it was brand new. It has everything the Mercedes 350 has. What a deal I got. I give my car a 10.

Hyundai Genesis, my best car ever.

There is nothing I would change about this car. After nearly six years of ownership, there has never been a problem, there are absolutely no squeaks, the body and interior are pristine, and the car is as quick as ever.

the full size hway car I was looking for @ the price I wanted to pay. Furthermore mtnce. is not "overpriced" like many of its foreign competitors (Mercedes, Bmw, AUdi,etc., etc.)

Nice

I've been a fan of this vehicle since 2009 the Genesis and when I got the opportunity to purchase one I was blown away and the power of this car I got the 2012 R-Spec i was looking at the 3.8 but got the R-Spec, have had zero problems out of car it is beautiful and a lot of times people didn't know what it was when I told them it was a Hyundai they would nod their heads and say thats a Hyundai ? Nice!!!

Love my Genesis! Purchased my car in 2015 and is always a pleasure to drive. You can actually step on the gas and the car moves. Very comfortable, and the standard features on the basic model are super.
