I love this car
I'm 70 and have driven lots of cars over the years. This is easily my favorite: looks, attention to detail, build quality, features, easy-to-use infotainment, crisp (though not sports car crisp) handling, excellent power, reasonable gas mileage (using regular gas), ergonomics, fine sound system, great sunroof, low maintenance costs, good storage capacity, excellent smart cruise control, overall driveability -- it's got almost all the bases covered. And that Genesis "puddle light" that shines on the ground next to the front doors at night is pretty cool too.
But nothing's perfect, so my suggestions for improvement are: show turn signals flashing on the head-up display (I occasionally forget to turn them off because the blinking noise is quiet), fold-down rear seats instead of just a small trunk pass-through, slightly softer padding in the driver's seat, a vertical cargo net for the trunk, and less visual distortion from the rear window heater wires (which is mostly noticeable at night).
