My car

Overall I love my suv. The dealership and sales person was very nice and knowledgeable they treated me very kindly. The car is very reliable and the warranty is outstanding ( unbeatable). It’s fun and sporty.

very good sales and service

was very satisfied with sales personnel Dave. He made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me. Would highly recommend Route 60 Hyundai, the ambience there is like being with family. The Santa fe Ultimate in the show room caught my eye and Mike from finance made it a reality for me.Thanks guys.

Great car just needs more power

Great car just needs more power. I believe the car needs a V6 in it for a midsize SUV. The windshield wipers blades are hard to replace. Does have a nice smooth comfortable ride. All in all it has been a good car I just wish it had more power.

Nice car

This survey is way too long, and if you read the survey , I have already given an explanation for everything about this car. Likes and dislikes. Even about the 2022, which I prefer the Tucson model , but the colors provided are dull and boring.. I’m actually wrote a letter to Hyundai and expressed my concerns about color and they said , Their design team has provided the the most popular colors based on other brands.

Very comfortable suv

I have been happy with this suv and all the features it came with. Nice heads up display great radio . Enjoy panoramic roof. Like the storage space. Like the seating and all the adjustments yo can make . Like blind spots camera features.

2nd Hyundai I Purchased

We previously purchased a 2015 Sonata, which we absolutely loved. However, we decided to get a SUV for cargo space and ease of getting in and out of the vehicle. We have owned for a year now, and still love the vehicle.

My salesperson Jason Bailey (Jerry's Hyundai) was AWESOME!!!! I came with a book of questions & he was so patient in answering everything I asked.

Jason Bailey of Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, TX is the best. Not only was I buying a great vehicle but Jason really seemed to care about what was a great fit for me. I came with a book of questions and he was very patient with me the whole time I was at the dealership. We ended up being at the dealership well after closing time but he was able to sell me MY Santa Fe in 1 day. I waited to do this review because I wanted to see what if anything would go wrong but I'm still happy with my Santa Fe on the 2nd anniversary. Thanks again Jason!!!

Santa Fe more for your money

This car gives me pleasure just by driving it. Was shopping among different brands which are very reliable but have never changed their design. Toyota, Honda very outdated desperately need change. They are good cars but Hyundai gives me so much more for less money. I enjoy driving it and feels sturdy and powerful. I am never brand loyal and every time I buy a new car it is always different brand. This time I may go for another Hyundai when decide to change my car

2020 Santa Fe

Great family car. Ton of safety features. Good on gas for it's size. There are afew issues: Lot of plastic interior trim that scratches very easily. Low quality leather steering wheel comparer to seats, the one thing you touch every time should be better quality. Paid for all lights in the interior to be led, but the one in the back storage area isn't and just looks odd when all of the lights are on and one is a different color. Has wireless charging which I love, but does not support wireless android auto.

LOVE IT!

1st new car in over 18 years! Very happy with our choice, after looking at other Honda and Nissan SUVs. Most of all the safety items come as not extra$, which I never had before this. My Santa Fe is a 2.0l turbo..and it really kicks in when needed!

Hyundai is hard to beat with the design, price, and performance. Lots of standard features you pay extra for on luxury cars. They thought of everything their competitors did not! The Santa Fe 2.0 is a fun car to drive!

Love the vehicle. Great overall size

We love the vehicle. We wish the interior was white. The safety features are outstanding. Love the heads-up display. I rarely look at the instrument cluster only the heads-up display which I feel is safer, keeping my eyes on the road.
