Our 2021Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5T is fantastic. We love everything about this vehicle; style, ride, additional features such as the automatic start feature and the extra pick up you get with the turbo. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Overall nice but a couple glaring issues

Overall happy with the vehicle but lots of noise from rear suspension and dual clutch transmission has vibration when coming to stop or accelerating from a stop. Dealer said this is normal. This is not normal.

Service no good

Service department is no good. First oil change ok told them the roof molding was coming off said that it would have to be order. So they call me up and said they got it. Made an appointment only for them to tell me that they can't find the part then a few weeks later they called and said they found the part so Made the appointment and also told them that the horn is not working and that I need a loaner never herd back. Also I recommend a friend who bought a car and I was told that they will give something so about a month or so later I called and their response was we don't that any more. Straight up and lied about it.

so far so good

needed another vehicle and searched for an SUV and found this Santa Fe; was considering this one or a Santa Cruz, however, the Santa Cruz was NOT out yet. Also considered the Tuscan but thought that it was a little smaller than the Santa Fe so went with the Santa Fe.

I was very satisfied with the vehicle. The features far exceeded my expectations. The cruise control functions were amazing and the self parking feature was very useful. The turbo engine was powerful and the handling was great.

Love my Santa Fe, ready to UPgrade

I am very happy with my vehicle and dealership. Need a better price so that i can upgrade. I am a big Hyundai fan. This is my fourth hyundai vehcle in my househould. I have purchased 4 Sonatas, an Elantra, a Soul, and a Sportage.

I don't like the way this vehicle handles on the road.

The performance of this is vehicle is not all that great. I find it is sluggish, awkward, floppy, weird accelerator, and useless cruise control, and the mileage does not meet expectations. The exterior styling and interior are beautiful as well as the leg room, storage capacity, and comfort. I only give it 2 stars. I should have bought a Toyota!

Handling & visibility

Hard to handle around curves..... feels unstable when going around curves and corners. Very low visibility at night especially turning & dark roads. There is a v - shaped light on the road which limits visibility.

Love the Hyundri.

I am very satisfied with my 2021 Hyundri Santa Fe. I have had it one year and have had no trouble with the car. Some of the reasons I bought this car was the outstanding reviews, the comfort and performance, the styling on the interior and exterior of the car, and the free service for 3 years. My first appointment for service took 21/2 hours. I was not pleased that I made an appointment and it took so long. I had another appointment and was almost late for it. My time is valuable too. I have traded cars before even though I loved the car. I hated the long wait for service.

I love my Santa Fe!

I have driven "previously owned" vehicles for 25 years now. I have wanted to buy a BRAND NEW CAR for quite some time. I spent over a year shopping, researching, test-driving before making a decision to buy this car. I went to car dealerships all over the area. I'm so thankful to have ended up doing business at Hyundai of New Port Richey! They have earned all the awards they've received and proved quickly that they were worthy of their reputation in the industry! We will continue to do business with them in the future. SantaFe Limited just awesome

This is the best 5 passenger SUV in the market currently. I work as a driver for Hertz and I have driven every car known to man. Nothing compares to the Hyundai warranty and complimentary service and I have seen the support to other Hyundai customers, working at Hertz.
