Too much unnecessary electronic features. Next year design 2 models of the santa fe, one with the nice safety features you have in 2020, but give the owner a choice a choice to buy that, or one with all the electronic features that are not safety features, but playful electronic features that are not needed for safety, but for people that like playing, with the dash,not driving the car safely. My wife was overwhelmed and will not drive the new Santa Fe, too confusing electronic.

Very comfortable car

Very comfortable car. My sister-in-law, and my daughter owns Hyundai Santa Fe’s. I was previously driving an F150, but I’m getting a little too old to make good use of a truck. I don’t do a lot of driving, but this car seems the best fit my current lifestyle. Did I mention that I am 76 years old?

Do not buy or lease unless you have an android phone

This car is sleek and stylish, however it does not live up to the hype. This dealer is very much behind in technology and drivers cannot use the bluetooth/map feature with an Apple phone. This is VERY dangerous and unacceptable. I brought my brand new car in to the dealership twice, without any resolution or explanation. I will have to rely on buying a separate navigation system to use and not take calls during driving, which is a huge inconvenience. At this price, I would not recommend this car to anyone.

Completely Satisfied

This was my very first new vehicle and SUV. I absolutely love this vehicle and all it has to offer. If I had to make another purchase, it would definitely be the Santa Fe, but I would make sure that I had the "mirror alert", electric adjustable seats, and remote start.

I do not like the driver assistance features. They are distracting and dangerous.

Overall appearance is nice. Fuel efficiency should be better. The console is too high. There is wasted space with the ledge above the glove compartment. It's too small to store anything. Same thing with the open space below the console. The console should be lower as it gets in the way reaching to the other side of the vehicle.

We especially enjoy the storage space underneath instead of 3 row seat. This is our fourth Hyundai Santa Fe, we enjoy the upgrade features every 3-4 years We are disappointed with the trade-in value with this past purchase & have not received any rebate information.

Very nice vehicle with a very long warranty

I purchased this vehicle a year ago it has been very reliable. It also gets excellent gas mileage. I’ve taken the vehicle to the dealer to get all of it serviced and the dealership has been absolutely perfect to deal with.

After one year I am very pleased with my decision to purchase the Santa Fe

I replaced a 2007 Chev Tahoe with this vehicle so, size adjustment has been significant. However, I really like the styling especially, the interior. Push button shifting is an adjustment for me but, not a deal breaker. Technological upgrades (safety features) are amazing as the Tahoe didn't even have a computer screen. Obviously gas mileage is significantly improved and my overrall experience is very positive after a year of driving.

Good ride. plenty of power. Comfortablw.

This is a good car. Comfortable. Fast. Sure footed. Roomy. We purchased a high end package because it included heated/cooled seats but do not really like all the complicated options. Controls are confusing with strange symbols. Turning on headlights or wipers is still a struggle. Nav system is useless. Had to buy a spare tire. Developed a small oil leak almost immediately. Dealer didn't think Hyundai warranty would fix it. Will press that next service. Overall satisfied but Toyota Highlander may have been better.

Some features of vehicle are unknown even to sales staff so were not explained such as passenger seat issues. Also vehicle defaulting settings after they are set or turned off are very inconvenient at the least.

Great Vehicle....just hope I don't need service.

I love my new Santa Fe. It's quiet, comfortable and gets pretty good gas mileage. However, trying to get my new Hyundai serviced or to buy parts has been a hassle! Wanted to get my "Free" oil change and was told they were booked out for a month! Went in to buy the oil filter at the parts department to change it myself, and stood there for a couple of minutes before anyone ever acknowledged I was there. It wasn't like they were busy. One lady was just sitting at her desk, one was standing behind the cashier window looking down, and the two guys in the parts room carried on a conversation. Very poor customer service.

Slow acceleration

Thought it would have more pick up than it does. My 2017 Hyundai Accent has quicker acceleration compared to this one. The appearance is nice. The road noise on the inside while riding in back seats are a bit louder than imagined.

overall terrible driving car terrible miles per gallon

all the above just all around poor dealership. my friend knows owner, they didn"t care just wanted to pawn off car and mislead you when purcasing, i wish i never ieased this car, tried to get out of it, and they would not return my calls except one man, but eventually nothing happened costs me one hundred dollars a week in gas

Happy when we picked it up,buy..... rain sensor failed the first time it rained took 2 visits to repair, started to leak oil at about 5000 miles and has taken multiple visits to find the leak and replace the oil pan only to have it leaking again. Tire noise remains after tire change and wheel bearing replacement.
