Sante Fe

I love the warranty provided and the free oil changes. The mileage is good and the ease of getting in and out of the car is great. The warning sounds keep me aware of approaching vehicles. The parking camera is a plus.

Decent Car, not so decent service

Navigation is really important and this car loses blue tooth connection constantly. Also, battery went dead multiple times (still under warranty) and the dealership could care less. Service dept. people were passing me off to others and eventually back to the original person who claims not to have been notified. Messages were then left by me to have management call me but to no avail. No one ever did.

I Love my 2022 -23 Ioniq 5 Both of them !! 2022Radio sound sucks !!

I enjoy both of our Ioniq 5 vehicles. As I stated prior, my radio sound is very poor and the adjustable steering column needs more travel. With the advent of the new N model some of the new 84kwh battery power should be used for longer range!!!!! What is really a bust is no DC fast chargers in my area, so my 3 free years of charging has been useless. Can you address this problem for me? Steve Sadlek.

Santa Fe Caligraphy 2021

The high end version of the Santa Fe provides many features found only on higher priced luxury vehicles while still running on regular gas. Safety features inluding auto crusie control (speed matching), surround cameras, rear warnings, lane assist controls, auto dimming bright headlights and indivual tire pressure monitors with PSI readings. Good room to carry many suitcases (for vacations) or 12-14 bags of yard waste (to town compost center). Comfotable seating with many comfort adjustments, and heating and cooling. Large display for navigation, radio, and other options (like elevation). Easy to drive, easy to park, great gas mileage. Sun roof too.

Great RideThis vehicle is a great value for the money.

My wife loves this car. She feels very comfortable driving it. The car is very stylish and good on the open road on gas. When ever we decide to take it on the road it doesn’t let us down. We feel we made a choice.

Good looks and reliability with solid gas mileage. Great interior and looks..The Santa Fe has been very reliable and solid on the road. The engine needs to be stronger or add a turbo to get that needed power.

We got a lemon

Was great to begin with but shortly started having serious transmission and engine issues. Took it for service 6 time with no resolution. Even after the car went into limp mode we were told that we needed to wait for it to happen again, be stranded on the road, call roadside assistance, have it towed, and then they would fix it. They literally handed us a card with the phone number for roadside assistance. Told us Hyundai wouldn’t let them fix it.

Excellent

Had the same car for 10 years so I traded in due to high mileage from going back and forth to work in the city so bought a newer one. One was on the lot and a nice available blue color. I really enjoy the top being able to open.

My Santa Fe

I bought a 2011 Santa Fe, brand new, and kept it for 10 years. It ran great, I put over 170,000 miles on it, on completed the necessary scheduled maintenance and general replacement of items and was a great car. I traded it in for a 2021 Santa Fe and love this one even more!

Nice ride

Except for a horrible experience with being lied to jerked around by the dealership I bought from and having to go elsewhere to have the work done to replace the broken moonroof. I love the vehicle. The only other issue I've had is the get up and go with such a small engine in a larger vehicle.

I Love everything about this vehicle, from the ride to driving it. All of the features are outstanding. Hyundai really go above and beyond on their vehicles. I have shown my Hyundai to family members and some have purchased their very first Hyundai!

Great vehicle, Great Service

This is my third Hyundai. I keep retuning because it is such a dependable brand of cars. I also have really enjoyed dealing with Josh when I buy one. He goes above and beyond for me . When the sai is done, he continues to look out for me. The service department always takes great care of me as well. They keep me posted on the repairs and let me know the cost up front. I will continue to buy from them as long as the excellent level of costumer care is present.

Great vehicle and highly affordable

We love our Santa Fe. It is beautifully styled and drives great. Highly affordable price and cost of ownership. Great to take on long trips. Entertainment system can be intermittently glitchy but it functions well most of the time. Great vehicle. I have never regretted buying it.

2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy Trim

The Santa Fe with Calligraphy trim has many of the features found on luxury brands costing thousands of more. The fit and finish is excellent for both the interior and exterior. The design of the interior makes it feel spacious and comfortable. You can select the type of driving mode you want. There is a choice of comfort, sport, snow, and smart. Comfort mode is the default. Each driving mode has it's own dash display. The Santa Fe Calligraphy trim. comes with 20 inch wheels and NO SPARE TIRE! That's right no spare tire, instead you get a can of fix a flat. The can dies not have enough to fully inflate the 20 inch flat tire. Updating the navigation system took over 4 hours at the dealership. It should not take that long. Super easy to pair your phone to the infotainment system. Love the driver assist features like adaptive cruise, blind spot detection, lane assist, front collision automatic breaking and pedestrian detection to name a few. The Calligraphy trim comes with leather seats, front and rear, heating in front and back and cooling in the front. There is an 11 inch touch screen , which is easy to use. Also really like the heads up display on the windshield. If you have an opportunity to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fevwith Calligraphy trim, buy it! Fun to drive and well appointed.

I really like your car. Your survey doesn’t allow me to give a no opinion, not important to me or not applicable option.

I like my car. I think there needs to be a more simple operating manual. I have never had a car with paddle shifters. I see no use for them. I think they should be an extra option provided upon request. I have 3 or 4 recalls on my car. I have had that many recalls especially in a car model that is less than 3 years old. I do not like the map update process. It takes too much time.
