2021 Santa Fe Limited
I've had my Limited Santa Fe for a bit over a month now and have put it through its paces. After my first week I took it on a 10 day 3500 mile road trip from Oklahoma to Phoenix and back, taking the long route through some national parks. The car has some great driver assistance features and made my first day of solo driving easy. I covered 900 miles in 14 hours and barely had to touch the gas or brake, the Highway Drive Assist, automatic cruise control, and lane centering took care of 99% of the driving. The only times I stopped was for the bathroom and gas. I averaged 28mpg, while driving 75-80 most of the way (when not in traffic). The 277HP in the Limited gets from 0-60 in 6 seconds and up to 100 not long after that, I accidentally hit that the first time I floored it on a highway onramp while not paying attention to the speedometer. There are a few things I dislike about the car. You can customize a lot of the displays, however the speedometer is fixed on the left sides, the previous 3 Santa Fe's I've owned have had the speedometer on the right side. The top trims (Limited and Calligraphy) DO NOT have wireless car play, the AWD Limited and Calligraphy also do not have a spare tire, the FWD Limited does though, as do the AWD and FWD lower trims. The "cup holders" in the doors are useless, they might hold a plastic water bottle, but won't hold any reusable bottle, if they simply flared the door panel out a bit it would be a huge help. As others have said a sunglass holder would be nice, to me it's not a big deal, I bought a visor clip online, and it worked great. This is my forth Santa Fe, my wife still has a 16, and is jealous of my new one. She may be getting a Limited Hybrid for herself in the future.
