Great car but NO spare

Was not planning on buying a Hyundai, and defintely not a Santa Fe...but wanted to do my due diligance while shopping. Drove a ton of cars, looked a price and what deal I could get. We saw a Caligraphy model on the lot while looking and after sitting in it (seats are great) took it on a test drive. Wife was driving and we were about to get on the interstate and I told her she might want to speed up getting on the highway and she says "we are doing 90!", totally surprised. The 2.5 liter engine is torquey and has some pep. Ride quality was awesome. I've been pretty happy with it but realized a huge blunder on my part that I didnt even think to check: there is no spare tire, just a tire "kit" which is basically fix-a-flat and a 12v air compressor.

Good

We have had good success with this car except when it gets to getting things fixed ,the company is very slow at getting parts to dealership. Also the new dealer ship is not as personal as previous, they are very helpful and courteous.

Fantastic Vehicle

The Calligraphy edition is a pure level of comfort and class. It rivals most of its competition and no doubt gives a sense of pride owning one. It is comfortable for passengers in the rear as well. Built in sun screens for the rear passengers is appreciated. The panoramic sunroof is great when driving for the fantastic view and even more when it is raining!

No idea what a Vehicle Review Title is.

I like the car. I wish I could have found a Tucson but couldn’t because of the shortage of new vehicles due to the pandemic. But the Santa Fe is a good, solid car. Just a little big for an old lady. But you can’t beat the safety features. Fabulous safety features.

Great car

Last 4 cars have been Hyundais and this one is the best one yet. They keep getting better and better and makes driving very enjoyable. I go to Ohio to see my family twice a year and the last trip in this car was a dream trip and I was not exhausted when I reached my destination

My biggest complaint is with the lack of a spare tire. When my lease is up I will probably look at other brands of SUVs which have not eliminated the spare. Big mistake by Hyundai . Otherwise, I like all the other features

Poor customer service from Hyundai and dealership, to many issues with vehicle

Hyundai Corp doesn't follow through, the dealership doesn't answer phones or return messages, they don't write down issues to fix on the invoice, and they have issues not being able to fix the vehicle.

Great Quality and mileage better than expected

I really love my Santa Fe. The styling is great. My AWD gets me around great in all kinds of weather. Mileage is around 32 highway and 27 city. Much better than the dealer told me to expect. I really like the styling and the overall roominess.

Excellent in adverse weather

I purchased this vehicle so that I would have some reliable motive transportation after I was given a valuable promotion at my job. I need to be able to arrive at work on time and any type of weather, and not even the worst snow storms can keep this car off the road I love it

Numerous options for comfort and safety. Beautiful car….I have had many people ask me about it. Great value - I was going to purchase a Lincoln and the Hyundai had all of the features plus som for almost 1/2 the price!

Very nice car, leased which is a perfect fit. Don’t drive very many miles so I love the fact that I can get a new vehicle every three years. No maintenance worries are perfect for me.

I enjoy everything about the vehicle. I will always purchase or lease a Hyundai. It was very roomy and comfortable. I turned it in because it was my only option as my name was not on the lease. I wasn’t able to renew registration unfortunately.

Does everything we hoped for

We've had it from New a little more than 2 years. As time goes on we find we are appreciating and enjoying driving and traveling more than we have in many years. Performance and comfort are the best we've seen by a very large margin in the price range. The whole family loves this car.

I love the Hyundai brand

I have owned either a Hyundai Tuscon, Sonata and Santa Fe for the last 12 years. I bought my first one in 2011 and have traded for others since then. I love the Hyundai product and its features. I call it the poor man's Cadillac. It feels like a luxury car in every way. My 2023 Tucson is probably the last I will buy for a while becuase it is perfect in every way!

I love my SUV!

Very roomy, from and back. Loads of cargo space. Love the acceleration when needed. Features are wonderful. I would have loved to have the tech package in mine but wasn't aware until it was too late, otherwise my next vehicle will also be a Hyundai!

Great Ride, Incredible Technology

Mine is the Calligraphy model and it is wonderful. The interior with the caramel colored leather feels very upscale, but the most impressive aspect of this SUV is the technology! There are cameras all around the car which alert me when it's safe to change lanes, backing out of the driveway, making sure that I've pulled into a parking spot well, etc. The next turns and posted speed limits are projected onto the windshield just above the steering wheel so I don't have to take my eyes off the road. The cruise control automatically slows down a bit if I'm approaching another vehicle, but then resumes to speed when I move to a passing lane. The seats not only have a heating option but also a venting option for the hot summer months that make a huge difference in comfort level. At night, the headlights switch to bright automatically when I'm on a dark road, and then dim when they sense an approaching car or intersection. Overall, it's a truly amazing vehicle with so many thoughtful features. Highly recommend!!
