We have partnered with J.D. Power, a trusted name in market research, to conduct an online survey about your purchase experience. The survey will take about 5 minutes of your time to complete. Based on your responses, J.D. Power will be able to guide us at Hyundai Motor America and DON FRANKLIN LEXINGTON HYUNDAI to improve the experience of customers like you. Thank you for learning more about our history, be sure to stop into any one of our stores and allow us the opportunity to serve you. everything underlined you failed, proof is i gave darryl bond the saleman the following information, kerry hyundai florence, has kerry discount over $1000 on about 15 santa fe's i asked to talk about a modest amount $500, i was told that the Financing Offer : $2,500 and 5.75% on select Hyundai models was their profit margin was told no, finally was told would allow $100, paperwork showing this to be true, day car delivered the $100 had disappeared, had to remind darryl bond and he said he would go back and take care of it, over a week i had to call and call no return call finally received about 8 - 10 days after car delivered. i also proved the $2500 is not profit margin based on kerry hyundai web page, would have been wonderful if don franklin would have folllowed the underline statement. would have bought from kerry if they were closer. wonder if any of this would be considered lying, deceitfulness and illegally business practice. hope you would follow up and let me know. i gave $22000 check down payment about 2 days later finance dept called and said they could not accept the check and i would have to provide a cashier check, i said had no more funds i then said bring my check back take the santa fe back and cancel the transaction, shortly thereafter called back and said they could take the check, who knows what to do and who does not know i thought a modest $500 would have been very fair, receiveing from the kerry dealership providing a minimum of $1000, appears i was very wrong. seems as if the $100 was to much, good thing i noticed. wish i could have called on you so i could have gotten a fair price like kerry hyundai. think what glowing reports i could have given if only they had not lied 2. phone calls not returned, example my insurance co. left request return calls, none about 5-7 left unanswered, finally got judy and elena to contact my insurance, up to 30 phone calls not returned. if you need more info, be happy to include another email, i intend to continue more to hyundai corp. please advise where i am very wrong. santa fe perfect car for me, i'm 83, thanks, i've gotten many cars over my life time this one is one of the best i am gene bailey 859-881-9320 enega@windstream.net

the car perfect for me, under conditions listed if i could have found dealer closer with same car i would not have used don franklin, their care of their customers appears to be not careing to much of how they treat them, all they need to do is listen to them.

Great vehicle at affordable price

It is a great family vehicle and comes loaded with a ton of safety features and standard amenities at a reasonable price. This truck shines on the highway with excellent ride and a quiet cabin. Interior and exterior fit and finish is impeccable. The turbo engine is very powerful and has plenty of power when merging onto the highway or passing in a hurry. There are some minor quirks, but I can easily live with them: Ride and the transmission is not as smooth on local roads, there is a mobility kit in lieu of a spare tire and I am not a fan of gear shifter buttons; I'd rather have a traditional gear shifter.

We love our new Santa Fe from Crown Hyundai

The new 2023 Santa Fe is fabulous and we are so happy we bought it. It is beautiful, sturdy, nimble and rugged and the features and functions are too numerous to list. It is the second new Santa Fe we have bought from the dealership and working with the salesman and business manager was wonderful.

Great vehicle, love the ride, comfortable seats, radio sounds great. Easy to learn all the great features. AC works great. My Grandkids just love my new vehicle, they want to ride with me all the time. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

Great primary vehicle for our family

Great looking and driving car. Excellent in bad weather. Wonderful road lighting. East to drive. Wonderful GPS system and the interior electronics pairing with I phone work great. I would recommend the Sante Fe to anyone.

I love my car!

I love the vehicle! I owned a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and loved that car and regretted getting rid of that car. I was happy to get back into a new Hyundai Santa Fe, these cars are the best for me. Comfort, all the bells and whistles, and warranties because the company will back up their product with guarantees. 100% Satistifed.

Great buying experience

Great vehicle for the money with outstanding warranties for bumper to bumper and maintenance free service. Great selling point. Great panoramic sun roof. Great tech features except for lack of wireless Apple Car Play. You get more for your money compared to other SUV’s.

Stylish and reliable car

Decided to lease before making the decision to purchase vehicle. So far no complaints, it drives smooth and comfortable. Didn’t get the top of the line Santa Fe, so have to connect my phone to use Apple Play. Not fond of the wireless charger as when I hit a bump the phone stops charging. Hyundai Daytona has been great and would recommend them.

Just purchased but with prior Hyundai experience I'm certain this car will be very good. Very comfortable and quiet. Extremely responsive and excellent visibility. Fit and finish top notch. Really like the warrantee and 3 years of free service.

Great car for the money, it punches above its weight.

Great driving vehicle with many safety features. It looks awesome, is fun to drive, handles very well. Loads easy lots of tech, a great value for the money. I researched the market very well and my conclusion was this was the best value and best performing suv for the money in todays market, Along with the best warranty in the industry!!!
