Hyundi Santa Fe

This is my third purchase of a new Hyundai Santa Fe. I drove my first Santa Fe for 10 years. It still had decent trade in value so I traded it in for Santa Fe #2. I kept the next Santa Fe for about 3 years. I gave it to my daughter-in-law so she would have a safe, dependable vehicle. Great car!

Salesman experience. Windows and seat

The salesman told me it had remote start and doesn't. The side windows could use some tent and seat could be little better. Other that those the car has a nice appearance. Driving it is very easy. Braking is great. Fuel efficiency is good. Finance guy was great. The warranty is awesome.

Great Styling

I have owned three Hyundai Santa Fe's and each year they get better and add additional safety and comfort features. Still have a couple of years left on my current 2023 Santa Fe but already looking that the restyled 2024 model.

Good

Good driving. Just having problem with the back end not letting me know there is something behind me. Rides great! Drives great! The only problem I have is the beeping going off all the time which I imagine it is my fault.

great,but mostly because of Mcdonald

none really we have had 4 Santa fe's I will say Planet Hyundai; I would never go back there not near the service Mc Donald Hyundai is. Wish Susanne had had a Santa Fe when you had to have one. Planet Hyundai did not do any of the stuff in your survey they were awful even had take the car with an air leak and refused to fix or put a new tire on cost 20 dollars to repair .They are awful lucky you all have great auto's. I would Never Go back even if they were giving cars away free. Only buy from Susanne (my mistake ) We have bought 2 from her.

The dealership was excellent and they were willing to work with me.

The vehicle is excellent. I had two major concerns. The first was the passenger front seat is not able to be raised. When I sit in it I cannot see the front hood. The second is the location of the emergency parking break. It is level with my knee and I seem to engage it everytime I get into the drivers seat. It just needs to be better located.

The car is good. We are enjoying it. Not good gas mileage at all. Car is reliable and fun to drive. I like the electronics, the gadgets and the panoramic sunroof. Sound system is good and easy to link to yourphone.

PHENOMENAL VEHICLE

Phenomenal vehicle!! Highly recommend!! Quiet engine, so it makes for a quiet ride. Super comfortable. Heated seats are fantastic in this cooler weather. Great leg room for the taller people and great storage space for those items you need to move. Love the easy access to the spare tire and jack, should I ever need it. Love. My. Santa. Fe

Love my new Hyundai Santa Fe

We love all the safety features in our new Santa Fe SEL. They were a requirement for us to buy this car. We loved our Sonata but with two grandsons (born after purchasing the Sonata) we needed a vehicle that allowed ease in getting grandsons in and out of vehicle. We love that it fits nicely in our garage, is very stylish, rides great for an SUV, and also has great gas mileage for an SUV.

Beware drive train

Had to replace transmission before first service appointment at 5900 miles. The dealer found and fixed the problem but needed two tries to do it. I was pleased that they were quick to provide loaner car and agreed to have the car towed to their location the second time to minimize any damage. Recommend to check build date of car you are buying and check for problems.

2023 Santa Fe

This is my second Hyundai Santa Fe. The first Santa Fe 2020 model had issue with the idle stop as it would not work and when it tried it stalled. Had taken it to the dealer and they explained I wasn't driving it right. I even contact Hyundai corporate and they wanted me to go to another dealer. I did so, and they mentioned the same thing, I wasn't driving it right, need to warm up. I drove it to Florida, the system never responded or it just stalled. The problem is, the dealers don't know how to fix it. For my safety after two and half years, I traded it on another new Santa Fe and at least everything works on it so far.

Great value for all the features. Adaptive cruise and the HUD have become must have features when traveling. Good gas milage to performance ratio. Great safety features . My only complaint after driving several of these vehicles is the road noise.

2022 Santa Fe

Only problem I've encountered is some hesitation while accelerating on an on-ramp which can be very scary when you're driving on an on-ramp and you need acceleration. Do you have any suggestions to fix this and prevent it from happening again?
