2023 Hyundai Santa Fe

Overall I believe this is a fine vehicle. I have driven Hyundai vehicles for 35 years so I clearly like their products. My two criticisms of the vehicle is the sluggish pickup and the gas mileage. Due to low availability of vehicles at the time of purchase, the dealership didn't provide much negotiation on the price, which was very bothersome considering my loyalty to Hyundai vehicles.

Santa Fe Calligraphy

The Santa Fe Calligraphy exceeded my expectations. I love it. It drives like a more expensive car. I could not be happier with my choice of ride. The miles to the gallon can be improved though but not a show stopper.

Love it except for the loose underbody plastics knocking and rattling loudly in the wind.

Love mostly everything about the car except for the loose underbody plastics that flap in the wind at speeds above 50 mph or so, causing a loud knocking sound. It’s especially bad when following behind a semi truck due to the draft from the truck. It’s also especially bad at speeds of 70+ mph on the interstate.

2023 Hyundai Santa Fe limited 2.5T

One of the dislikes I have with the car is that there is no heads-up display. Another dislike is with the button that turns off the engine when I stop. But overall I like the safety features my car has.

Very good SUV choice for the price range

Looked at many SUV options from 2020 on up. The value bang for the buck came into line when this vehicle was chosen. The safety features are immense, in return will help on insurance premiums. A very good choice as an SUV you won’t be disappointed with.

Great vehicle, except……

Love the Santa Fe Calligraphy, has all the bells and whistles, except a spare tire, the spare tire would give you peace of mind when drive instead of air pump and a can of fix a flat stuff, also the interior should have a charging pad instead of a slot for your phone to slid into, there is enough room to have one in center console or above glove box

No major issues yet. But not too sure about the engine

The vehicle is a nice looking car, but looking ahead my fear is the car will not last no more than the 100k warranty. My last Hyundai engine failed and after the repairs I had no confidence in the safety of the vehicle. Always wondering when was the car going to stop on me again. I would like to receive this survey after the 100k warranty has expired.

dealership excellent this model is as good or better than previous. My third Santa FE model would get a fourth when lease is up

interior seems tighter, auto hold not sure how to use car rolls on hill when changing gears. I would put drive button on top and reverse under. I feel very comfortable driving and very much like safety tools

I have enjoyed this car model. This has been my second santa fe. I picked this model because it is easier for my 86 year old mother to get in and out of the vehicle without any issues. I recommend this for seniors.

I am very happy with my upgrade to a new Santa Fe from my old one. They have improved many features I wished they would. While there are a few glitches I love the car overall and would recommend to anyone!

Highly rated car

I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe. I like the interior and the exterior look also. But the main reason I bought this car was because of the ratings it received. The car is known for traveling thousands of miles. It has a good to great warranty. I was able to purchase locally. I do not like buying a car on line. It is too much of an investment to leave to chance. I also wanted to talk to people and see customer service. Very few complaints on this car.

l like my car, I did not go in to leave with a new car, the deal was too good to pass. I still have a lot to learn and I am a busy author so my time is limited.

I keep saying I like my Santa Fe I am a recent widow learning a car is something my loving husband would do not me. It makes me sad he is not here to help me. This is the second one I have purchased and I never understood my 2019 either.

Santa Fe is a nice car, looks good in and out. I hoped if it had more horse power, I hoped if it had cargo cover, shifters behind the wheel can be confused with radio function, not safe that it works anytime. Salesman never mentioned it. Wish if price was lower, I feel i6 paid more for what I got.

Great car, questionable longevity

Love the vehicle. I researched on YouTube for over 3 months and I have to agreed with a few of the comments/concerns they had. 1) The back seats shake and rattle quite a bit when driving on a non smooth surface and it is very noticeable. 2). The parking brake when being released from park releases with a slight resistance and makes the vehicle feel like it can jerk from a stand still stop. By simply pushing the brake release does the trick but should not be necessary to relieve this issue. 3) Finally and the most important concern is the longevity of the duel clutch transmission. It can shift hard from first to second gear at times, as well as in stop and go traffic can jerk. It causes a concern for the longevity and if the event needs to be repaired or replaced, I hope that Hyundai will make it right on their 10year/100k warranty and cause a major dispute over it.

I had to get the Santa Fe trim that offered the 2.5 T due to power needs getting onto the interstate around here in NC. The 2.5T provides the needed acceleration.

I would tell anyone to take a ride in the Santa Fe Caligraphy trim model. I think anyone who tests drives this model will be impressed with the responsiveness of the drive and the acceleration. I was impressed and ended up buying the car.

2021 Hyundai Tuscan Hybrid Cool Springs

Love the car. Disappointed with service dept. communication. Had to wait for replacement of bad temperature sensor for 2 months when I first got the car new. Had appt recently and they didn’t call to cancel since they were unable to do service.
