Great car, questionable longevity

Love the vehicle. I researched on YouTube for over 3 months and I have to agreed with a few of the comments/concerns they had. 1) The back seats shake and rattle quite a bit when driving on a non smooth surface and it is very noticeable. 2). The parking brake when being released from park releases with a slight resistance and makes the vehicle feel like it can jerk from a stand still stop. By simply pushing the brake release does the trick but should not be necessary to relieve this issue. 3) Finally and the most important concern is the longevity of the duel clutch transmission. It can shift hard from first to second gear at times, as well as in stop and go traffic can jerk. It causes a concern for the longevity and if the event needs to be repaired or replaced, I hope that Hyundai will make it right on their 10year/100k warranty and cause a major dispute over it.

Excellent vehicle quality, service and warranty

I have owned many Hyundai products over the last 10-15 years. I first noticed Hyundai back in 1986. The Excel was horrendous. If you had a flat, it was enough reason to throw the car away. Hyundai has improved exponentially over the years. Bought my first one in 2008. Have never had any issues with any of my vehicles except for service and minor recalls. NEVER have I had a warranty repair. Flawless in comparison to some of the "luxury" vehicles that I have owned. In a couple of years I will be ready for an EV, probably an IONIQ 6. Can't wait.!!

Came back home to Hyundai. Glad I did. I would wish there was a dealership closer but I’m happy to travel the distance for the quality of this vehicle. My first Hyundai was in 1999. Very pleased with it and the services provided.

Love the new features such as blind spot, forward and reverse parking cameras.

Our 2020 Santa Fe saved us in a side impact, proving Hyundai builds safe vehicles. We love the features of our 2023 Santa Fe, especially all of the blind spot cameras when signaling lane changes or front and rear cameras for parking.

A great drive, a great deal, a great warranty.

I tested many vehicles and read their reviews. The Santa Fe was hands down the best deal out there. And the warranty is unbelievable. The friendliness of the sales force and the added services and follow up from the company is first rate.

You can’t beat he Hyundai warranty program. Drives well, great sound system, quiet, feel very safe transporting my grandchildren. Good gas mileage. My only wish is that it had heads up display. Overall I love it!

Great SUV Lots of useful features

I was looking for a vehicle to replace my 20 year old sedan. After visiting the Chicago Auto Show and comparing various SUV's, I felt that the SantaFe has the best styling , features and warranty. The interior is roomy and was by far the most comfortable than any of the other brands I looked at. The Santa Fe is well constructed and feels solid.

We returned to Webster & to Mark DeSantis based on our previous dealings with him. Excellent sales person. Mark answered all our questions, he mad3 us comfortable with the many new features on this car. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish

We love our new 2023 Santa Fae car & how it handles. So many excellent features. It is hard to choose our favorite. Love the sound system, the automatic rear door, and the safety features on this vehicle.

Great brand!

In the past I had never considered Hyundai vehicles, but that was a mistake. We will seriously consider them for all future purposes. The Santa Fe feels like a much more expensive car/brand than it is.

Very good buying experience! Dealer answered all the questions I had.

Love all the modern technology although there is a learning curve for both me and my wife. Wish the rear turn signal lights were higher up near the brake lights. Hopefully I will not experience another driver rear ending me as I make a turn! When coming to a stop in traffic, there is a slight surge in the engine that causes a minor lurch forward.

Amazing Car & Value

This car is amazing. The styling is impeccable and has so many features, it is unbelievable. This car has such a high level of value for everything you get. It is incredibly comfortable, and it is fun to drive. I previously had a Mercedes GLK 350 and my Santa Fe blows it out of the water in styling, features, affordability, and driving. I could not be happier with my decision.

Santa Fe is a nice car, looks good in and out. I hoped if it had more horse power, I hoped if it had cargo cover, shifters behind the wheel can be confused with radio function, not safe that it works anytime. Salesman never mentioned it. Wish if price was lower, I feel i6 paid more for what I got.

A great vehicle, I would highly recommend it.

I have a Calligraphy it's a great driving vehicle, plenty of power and loaded with features found in more expensive vehicles. It's big room and stylish. When people get in the car and ride in it they are blown away. It's an impressive excellent SUV.

l like my car, I did not go in to leave with a new car, the deal was too good to pass. I still have a lot to learn and I am a busy author so my time is limited.

I keep saying I like my Santa Fe I am a recent widow learning a car is something my loving husband would do not me. It makes me sad he is not here to help me. This is the second one I have purchased and I never understood my 2019 either.

Highly rated car

I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe. I like the interior and the exterior look also. But the main reason I bought this car was because of the ratings it received. The car is known for traveling thousands of miles. It has a good to great warranty. I was able to purchase locally. I do not like buying a car on line. It is too much of an investment to leave to chance. I also wanted to talk to people and see customer service. Very few complaints on this car.

Love the size and performance of the Santa Fe. The features are very appropriate for my needs. The additional features of auto cooling and the seats are very comfortable. Cup holders are located in great locations for use by passengers and driver.
